A lady who called herself "Mrs. Edwards" salled asking about a "resident" naming more than one apartment #. Said that it was very important and it could possibly be fraud on his "account". Gave the call back number 850-588-1006. When I asked what company that she was with she said "arbitration department". When I asked "For what company?" she said "Arbitration Company". She gave me a case #.... pretty sketch.

I got a call from them. When I told them to mail me any documents regarding the matter of the call, the lady  on the phone told that she will sed me an email through kinkos and that I needed to attend this matter over the phone by paying 500.00 dollars, she was very rude and would not give me any information about the company that she works for.
