It's illegal for any legitimate collection agency, government or government affiliation to leave messages detailing or suggesting you owe money. If you receive a call like this, block the number.

Same thing here. When I answer they hang up.

this number keeps calling w/ no one on the line when I answer, no vm when I do not.  

I received another call from this no. at 5:12 pm.  I was not home and no message was left on my voice mail.

Had a phone call stating that I had not paid my tax bill.  To avoid further penalties I should go to a website to find out what my tax bill is.  Received the call at 5:20 Apr. 25.

They say I have an outstanding penalty.....we filed on time and have shown proof twice that we filed on time. We got 2 nasty calls in 1 day for no reason at all. They have a back log in their paperwork. That is their problem. It does not mean they can call multiple times a day threatening to put a lien on the company. How do we make this stop??

I rec''d a message from this number.  What's strange is the message.  In this page, it's reported that it is from the Fla. Dept of Revenue, but I've never rec'd any type of written notice  yet receive this threatening call.

This is a valid number - not telemarketer or scam.
