I got a call today by a different number. I was put on their do not call list after they hung up me, so any calls afterward would not go through. When I tried calling this number the same message was played back to me, telling me I am on the do not call list. It is safe to say that if you're getting a call from 214-396-5548 then it's the same company.

I called the number back, and was some credit card company saying that they could sue who i have credit cards from, but only if i owe 50,000 or more... i dont even own a credit card!

They stopped calling for awhile but have now started up again. I usually have a few telemarketers call me even though I am on the DNC list so what I do(and my phone company allows this) I forward the call from one company to another and vice versa so when they call to sell me something the call is sent to the other telemarketer and they can talk to each other to their heart's content.

I really think the DNC list is useless, even for cell phones. I get a few calls from these people every week, always calling for someone I've never heard of before. I told them to stop calling, but they don't. They leave a voicemail of 3 seconds of silence every time they call. So annoying.

I got a call from this No. several weeks ago they were asking for Janet. I ain't her.The calls continued and I ignored them,what a pain in the a** they are.I answered the phone a few days ago by mistake and they were still looking for Janet. I'm still not her.I'm ready to head for Tallahassee and have a face to face with these folks and show them I'm not Janet.

2 times in 2 days  Set up a "Blocked By Me" contact on my cell so all these calls get saved there.

This number calls my phone at least 3 times a week, but only lets it ring 2 or 3 times and then hangs up, theyve never left a message, its just obnoxious

automated male voice named Shawn from Loyalty Rewards stating that I had recently utilized one of their sites or services and was selected to receive $50 in Walmart gift cards if I stayed on the line to complete their less than 3 minute questionnaire otherwise to press 2 to be removed from their calling list (call from today at 12:37PM but have previously this week received a call from this same number)

I've recevied this call several times, just wondering how you got Emma's #, I called it this morning and Emma said she wasn't Emma, haven't called her back yet to see if I'm blocked. Great idea to call these people, on spare time, I missed the call and was concerned it was work calling.
 They probably want you to pay the 2.95 to get you credit card #.  I had a company take money out of my bank account a year after I made a purchase. The bank issued me a seperate card and account for my online purchases.

They call everyday i'm on the dnc list but the calls keep on coming I think the DNC is a big joke How do I stop these calls

received a call from this number at 2:23PM but no one/nothing was heard from the caller's end then the call disconnected

They called me and left no message, called them back and the said I won a 50 dollar walmart gift card all I have to do is answer some questions. Then the recording said to enter number 2 to be taken off the call list in which I did. I do not know how they got my cell phone number since I do not give it out to just anyone.

Got calls on our cell starting 7/1/11 everyday around 3PM...when an unknown or NO NAME appears, just open and shut cell...last was received 7/6/11 ...also reported the number to Feds...hope it stops soon...

It's a scam company.  They're all over Florida, and they operate illegally most of the time since they're required to have licensing for telemarketing and most do not.  This one today was offering to lower the interest rates on my credit cards.  Total scam.  I know because I unfortunately worked for one for a short time until I caught onto the game.  They do not heed the DNC lists and their employees are urged to ignore people's requests to be placed on the DNC list.  Report them to the FTC, it's about all you can do outside of simply ignoring calls you don't recognize.

These calls are getting old now it's been 4-5 weeks 2-4 times a day.

These guys were persistant... The loophole is that they are trying to GIVE you a free gift card (just pay s&h) and not sell you something. Thus, they are not telemarketers.

I keep getting the same call as all of you, no message left and when I tried to answer it, it hangs up.  Guess "Good morning/Afternoon/Evening how can I help you" scares them off.  But since this call comes in a couple times a week is getting old!!!

This last time pretended I was an old man and the girl talked to me. Apparently, I won $50 in Walmart gift cards, all I had to to was pay the $2.95 shipping and handling. Yeah right.

So I asked the obviously Indian girls name "Emma Austin" she said. Then I asked her companies name again "loyalty rewards department" she says. No not your dept, your company name, she repeated "loyalty rewards dept". I then ask her where abouts is that located, "clearfalls FL 23770 she says". Try googling that one. Then she gave me two contact numbers for her 18882359042, this is to a company named United Benefit Group in VA Bch. Look them up lots of complaints. The second was 18772403421, this is for ID Protection out of Chesapeake VA. Niether of which had ever heard of 'loyalty rewards dept" or my dear friend Emma.

So I got lonely and called Emma back on the number that she called me from and after being transferred a few times because I wanted to wait for her. I got her on the line and started asking more questions, somehow we  were disconnected. And when I tried to call back I was put on the blocked list.

I hope that this means they will stop calling my cellphone. Bu tyou guys should all give it a try to, if for nothing else just to talk to Emma, 1-8506889186

I'm starting to think the DNC list is absolutely useless. I get these kinds of spammer calls all the time, and I have no idea how they got my number. This is so frustrating.

I just received a call on my cell phone from this number too. Already on the DNC list, i guess that does not stop the robo dialers. They did not leave any VM.

I am also on the "do not call" list, which seems to be useless. My cell phone has an option to "Add to block list" and its a base model, cheap phone, so I assume all cell phones have it. Try that, 'cause you'll never get them to stop...period.

Recv'd call on my cell today from (850) 688-9186, no message was left.  I, too, am on the Do Not Call list.

Have gotten 3 calls on my CELL PHONE.  I am already registered on the Do Not Call List.  Guess that doesn't mean much.  "HI, I'm Courtney....."
