This man keeps calling me and threatening me to notify my attorney.  He has a very thick Indian accent and I can't understand what he's saying.  He said something about sueing me for money I owed and threatened to contact my employer and call the police and have me arrested.

He said his name was julian marshel from United Nations legal Department.  Talking about payday loan places suing.  Wanting to settle right now.  It is like he is talking in a wind tunnel. Tells me to shut my babe up.
I looked it up and got this.  No such thing.

Just got a call from this number and he did not leave his name but he said it was an emergency situation and for me to call back immediately - his English was horrible and could hardly understand him.  This is about the 7th call I have received from guys like this that cannot speak English and all of them are the same.  They are not real - they are trying to get more information out of you.  I have had this number, also 508/436-6828, 972/996-3164 and another one that came from a '916' number over the past 4 months.

on 11/30/10 started receiving   phone calls from a James Parker or James Barker, his English is not really good at all and after playing message back to to back several times his name is either James Parker or James Barker, from Amercian Law, he left a message on my cell phone saying my friend used me as a reference and she had commented a crime and if I don't call back we will both be charged, but did he state for what and Day 2 and I have not returned his call. His English is very broken and he almost sounds like a Robot when talking. He can't really pronounce my name or my friends name. When I looked up the 85 810 5825 # it says it's a Florida #.

Recived several phone calls from ths number and they would call back to back to back to back for 15 - 20 mns at a time. i finaly answer after 3 days since i no know one in florida he says this is the FBI. SCAM the FBI doesnt use the phone to call people nor would they anounce themselves. and the FBI will show up they dont call. SCAM  wouldnt give any information

A guy by the name of James Parker from American Law and Enforcement keeps calling my house asking for me, but yet can not pronounce my name. Saying he has legal matters against my name and ss# but yet will not tell me what matters. He says he would be forced to take actions if I dont return his call. I havent called back

They told him he would be put in jail along with his loved one's. He called back again and we gave him our attorney's name. He called her but would not give her any other information other than he owned money. Would not tell her the company or what the loan was. He just kept telling her she could find it online but would not give her a website.

A man who identifies himself as Frank keeps calling my cell asking for my husband. "Frank" claims he is from a debt collection agency, yet he never discloses the name of said agency. He threatens that due to the fact my husband took out a payday loan with Cash USA (the loan does not exist), my husband is being filed against and will "go to jail for at least 16 months". I explained that we never received any money and the account the money was supposedly deposited into does not exist. I also stated IF said account does actually exist,(even though metabank assures me there is no account), then by all means take the money right back out in that we never withdrew any money. This, of course, isn't good enough for ol "Frank". He demands payment via Western Union. At this point I make it clear I need to see proof of this debt on paper, at this time I have absolutely no intentions of sending any money, and that I refuse to allow my husband call him in that he has my number NOT my husband's.

God has never turn his back on anyone. It's all about change in your heart. Darren can tell his churh what ever they want to hear. I just believe that God would put it on his heart to fix his relationship with all his children. Darren can't just ignore the fact that he has blood out here who needs a real christian man not a con in their lifes. My son takes full responsibility for his actions. I think Darren should do the same. His second child has never even recieved a birthday card or just a call from him. It will effect them forever. What church does he go to that agrees with him not mentoring to his children to help guide them in the right direction. My GOD sent his son to die on the cross for everyone's sins but I know God wouldn't want a father to not make things right for is blood. My children have been affected in so many ways. One more thing. He is a CON MAN. He us to say he could sell a glass eye to a blind man. That's a real Christian man. The people he goes to church with better watch the collection plate. He also has a drug problem! He has shot drugs in his arm, smoked crack with his son and well you get the picture. That was 3 1/2 years ago. My son took all the responsiblty and didn't get Darren involved and guess who is in prison my son. Darren helped Austin steal checks from his exwife. Austin took all the charges because he made his wife believe it was just Austin. Darren spent 10 years in prison for armed robbery and yes that is his past but I've seen Darren be an entire different person. For God is a forgiving God, yes. There are wolf's in sheeps clothing. When I was 18 he con my parents out of thousands of dollars we went to church but within 1 year he was back to the same ole' Darren. He is great to people in church and tells his story but if he really has change then why is he not trying to reach out to the son he corrupted. As a CHRISTION MAN he has not yet tried to reach out and give our child one ounce of help. Not even one letter. As a changed father as a christian I would think that would be heavy on his heart. Not one letter nothing. When my children were 4 and 3 he would tell them he would come and pick them up but for hours (until they fell asleep) he never, ever showed. If he has changed why is he doing the same to his little boy David from another marriage. God apparently hasn't turned his back on Darren so why is he always turned his back on his blood. i have got the same call home and work constant what can i do to stop this

I have been gettin the same call and they are repeating my socail security number and birth date im so annoyed and upset someone has my info.

A man from this number 8508105825 called me this morning insisting to speak to me and said he was from the United Nations legal department. I kept asking who it was and he wouldnt tell me telling me this is her number and i need to speak to her. my husband gets on teh phone and they hung up. we called back and they didnt answer and the voicemail said it was from a magicjack voicemail. They called again then hung up and my husband called right back and it was just a guy with an American voice and my husband told him not to ever call this number again or they will have some problems and will go to jail they hung up.

same as firstsgt, same kinda call, saying the same thing. from 850 810 5825 from a James Parker or Barker,

recieves a phone call from 8508105825 from this number and they call me everything in the bok, these people need to be stopped

Guy with a really HEAVY Hispanic accent calls, says he is calling Dorothy Ackermann (sp?) or me, and that a Chris Bates has a SSN# problem --- and has listed us as 'references.'

Says a lawsuit is pending and if we don't call him back, or have our lawyer call him back, "we'll have to suffer the consequences."

Repeats phone number three times; than hangs up after saying, "God Bless You."

In the background I can hear other voices making other calls.

I'm pretty sure it is a crank or nutcase, but he keeps using MY cell phone minutes, by calling me in the middle of the night when my phone is shut off and on the charger! Very irritating!
