hello this company is fraud..........

I have received 2 calls this weeks from similar numbers 805-367-4404 and 805-309-9758.  Stating the exact same things as the other posts.  Threatening me that a lawsuit has been filed against me and he has my social security number and name.  VERY heavy accent , Indian perhaps.  Threatening to have someon come to my home and workplace, etc.  When I called back early am, it just clicked and hung up.

This number is is a cell phone # I sent a text to it & it did not come back to me as a Land line these people are out to get u PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NOR ANY OTHER INFO WHEN YOU START TO FUSS @ THEM THEY GET ANGRY & START CUSSING @ U  CALLING U NAMES

these are all the numbers that he will call you from and to also beware of these number,for everyone is part of some type of SCAM .....So I thought I let every one know about these ppl. If you get a call like this report it to you local Police Dept.

they constantly call my phone saying they are going to sue me for i think 5000 (could barely understand with the thick accent) i cursed the guy out and told him i googled their number i know they are trying to scam me and that im going to give their number to the BBB and file a complaint. the guy hung up on me!

yes this idiot with a heavy accent left a message on my voicemail at work and told me he was going to come for me if i ignore his call or something like that because his accent was truly one to be desired.  He said he was calling from some BCI or something.  Somehow somewhere this has to be illegal for someone to call your place of business threatning you.

I got a call from this number today at my work, he said his name is Dennis Stein from the BCI Bureau.  He said that I have a payday loan through US Cash Advance and they are suing me for a little over $3000.  He has my social secutiry number, home address, place of work and 2 of my friends numbers who I used as a reference to get a payday loan on line through another company.  I went on to the US Cash Advance website, they are not even in my state let alone in the same time zone and they only do payday loans face to face.  He said if I or my attorney does not call him by 11am tomorrow morning then I will be arrested, he even went ad far as giving me a case number.  I am having my attorney call him and deal with it.  When I asked him to mail me the proof of the debt he told me that by him mailing it to me then it means I am refusing to pay.

Got a call at my job and said it was criminal investigations and for me to make a settlement to keep it out of court they need to stop calling my place of work and quit harassing me

I got a call on my cell phone and my home phone with the same number.

i received several calls from this number talking about a investigation to get $700 and i need to pay in 3 installments i dont owe anyone and i dont know who these ppl are they are all asian and when u ask where there calling from talking about law firm of california .  they also call from 203-497-3075 i want it stopped and i need to see who i need to put in a complaint with.

I received a call from 850-810-6152 from a man who identified himself as "Zach Millas"; I place the name in quotes because the man's accent was very heavy and so "Zach Millas" is the best I could come up with.  He stated that he was calling from the "BFI" (again, that was coming from the heavy accent" and that I, or my "defense attorney" needed to contact him right away.  His tone was quite menacing.

Not knowing at all the basis for this call, I minimally contacted him to indicate that I was not "shying" from him; but was determined not to give him any information whatsoever.

Indeed, during the phone call, he properly identified me, even with my social security number; but when he wanted to ask "one more question," I immediately told him in a most matter-of-fact manner, that I was not going to answer any of his questions and that if he had any more questions to ask, he was going to have to ask my attorney.

Well, my attorney did not contact him and I have not heard from him since; this happened about three weeks ago.

I received a call from someone who spoke broken English and claimed my social was being targeted under 3 lawsuits.  He claimed he was with BCI.  I hung up on him.  Following day called back harrassed family member and when we told them we would turn them into police person called back and left message on answering machine saying Robin Hood etc and use filthy language.  Do not provide any information to this person.  It is a SCAM and they are trying to get you to provide them with your personal information.

Thanks for serving our country.  They are definitely a scam!  I truly believe that they are getting this information from some pay day loan company.  It started after applying for one.  Good luck.

These people call my cell, call my employer, they do not stop. I do not have a payday loan, an employee called me today and asked me if my last 4 digits of my social was ****, I asked why are they asking me that, well they received a call today from the "Bureau of Criminal Investigations" about me. They wanted to speak to me, so the employee had told them I was out of the office today. So what "Beareau of Criminial Investigations" would give out someone's social? They advised that I was being investigated for fraud... FRUAD... WOW this people have nerve.

A little more info I had our banking account hacked and we had to report fraud back in Oct 2010, these people would call everyday 6 to 10 times a day, my employer, my cell phone and even relatives. I would like to know how someone can get so much information on someone. They actually threatened my employer if they did not put me on the phone they would be arrested. This went on for months (around December) it stopped. I guess they are at it again :( I just wish I could stop them from calling, I have blocked the numbers on my cell, but I cant stop them from calling my employer.

I need these people to stop calling me at work and at home, don't know how they got my work number.  They call my home and harass my daughter.  They told me today that I will be arrested in two days for this crime that I needed to give them my account info. to pay a debt off.  I told them to send me a letter and they said they can't.  I want these people to stop calling me.

I just want to be able to stop these people from calling me.  They have called several times, today they said they are filling bankruptcy against me.  Guess I don't have to pay them.  They said they are from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations with a phone number of 850-810-6152.  Heavy accent.  How do we stop them?

This is absolutely ridiculous. I cannot stand the fact that they can continue with this SCAM for so long. I called them and left a very aggressive and threatening message regarding their unprofessionalism towards my girlfriend. I suggest anyone who gets these calls to deny that any of your information is correct, and then check your credit report to make sure there is no activity you are unaware of. Then call your banks and put out "fraud alerts." This is fraud and basically terrorism in my opinion. PLEASE contact your local FBI agency/Attourney General and let?s put a stop to these terrorist b*****ds.

Same guy called me looking for a coworker and again spoke really broken English.  Claimed he was from Bureau of Crime and Investigation Office and needed me to have employee call back at 850-810-6152.  Was very angry when I told him employee was gone for the day, as if I had any control over that.  Whole thing was very fishy.  I would assume real crime investigators would not be calling random numbers asking for people to call them back. Oh, and he said to make sure when we called back to ask for Austin White and not to speak to anyone else who answered the phone because we might get Austin's "officer"! What?

Someone calling himself Jack Watson called my job from 850-810-6152.  He said he was from BCI, and I could not locate any such company by those initials or the name Bureau of Crime Investigations.  I have discovered that this is nothing more than a scam.  These people are able to get personal information from loan and other applications that are submitted online, so to everyone out there--BE CAREFUL with your personal info when you shop online or do anything else that requires you to give your information.

I have just received a call from the same person, only this time he said his name was Jack Watson.  No, you are not racist, yes, he did have a very heavy Indian or Middle Eastern accent.  The phone number was the same as well.  It is definitely a scam, as I have spoken with several other people who have had this problem.  Bottom line, they should not be given any information.
