get calls for the last week telling me my loan has been approved he read me my ssn address wk phone home and cell # my banking info everything told me i was eligible for a loan for upto $5000 to be direct deposited into my acct with 1 hr  claims he is from cashnet usa payday loan. this guy is a true fraud something needs to be done how do people get a hold of all your personal information and use it for whatever this is very scary and unfortunate to have to deal with.  this person will also ask you to secure the loan by putting $350 on a greendot card

We where just taken for over for a 1000 on thanksgiving by someone who said they were from yhe iris  this person said he works with the better business birea. We think it the same people

I have recieved many calls from this number today. They would not state their name or company, just that they wanted too give me credit. They were looking for a female named jessica. I am not jessica. I told them too stop calling, and they will not stop. I've recieved over 30 calls just TODAY from telemarketers and I am on the Do not call list. Every time I called the number back, it wouldnt go to a person, it would say that it is a invalid number. I have a straightalk cell phone from walmart. Every sense I had my number changed with straight talk I have had this problem, but it has never been this terriable until today.

Got a call yesterday. This morning an email from Ricky Watson 1-850-810-6558

Same here...phone calls...now email claims his name is Ricky Watson company name is ACS.  For anyone that has taken out a payday loan...for your info....it clearly states when you sign...that even if you default on it they will not take legal action.  It will just go bad on your credit.  These scammers buy your info then try to act on it.  This is why they have all of your personal information.

I have read the first page of information here and there are several people asking what to do about them.

1. Don't give them ANY information. (IE: SSN, Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card)
2. I just tell them to "Go ahead and file the case and have the Sheriff's Department Serve me the Papers"
3. I report them to the FTC through their website at ftc.gov
4. I also pull my credit report from all 3 agencies to watch for ID Theft.
5. If I see something on my credit reports I then file ID theft charges with ALL agencies, FTC, FBI, Local/State Police, Attorney Generals Office of my State.  The Credit Reporting Agencies will place a Fraud Watch on your credit report for 30 days until you have it filed with the Local/State Police and have the Case Number which you then give to them and they will then watch for one year.

I get a call from a 814-343 7210 officer John Matthews thick heavy indian accent.. calling threatening to have me arrested I do have a loan but have not defaulted I called the company they have no one by that name.

just received a call from Officer John Matthews at 850-810-6558 claiming that I own money on a loan that I never received. He's going to have me arrested for fraud and something else couldn't understand a word he was saying because of heavy indian accent. Told him I just reported him to the police and FBI and it didn't bother him at all. Also told him what a scam artist he really is. I wish that they could catch this people and put them away for a long time.

I received a called from jason james. About I owed them money than going to arrest me and take me to court. I tolled them than am not going to pay them nothing that I do not owed them... them got mad.

I received a call from Officer Patrick Green at the United  Financial Investigation unit. Stated I was under Federal Investigation. He also called my Family. According to the FBI these are Collection scams!!!!

The same happen to me but i am taking legal actions

he just called me today saying the same thing. said his name was off. john matthews and that his badge number was 2703. he read all my information off to me. as in my ss#, my bank info, my address, my phone number, my email and all. said i owed money for a loan of 300 dollars taken out 3 months ago. i thought it was pretty funny considering i never in my life had a loan im only 20. so i called the sheriff and they told me to pull my credit report and if there is anything on there from it to file an identity theft. so i am going down tomorrow to talk to them again and give them all the info the guy gave me. its so sad they would do this. said i had 3 charges against me...

Got a call from this number - man with Indian accent claiming to be an Officer.  Could barely hear as the phone connection is terrible.  How do I stop these calls?

This is a fraud call.  Report it to the police department of Milton, FL it's where the call orginates from.  Call identifies himself as James Williams.  He threatens to call my employer and seize my assets for serious allegations against my name.  He ends the call with have have a good life Good Bye

I just got a call from him today. Heavy Indian accent, claiming to be "Officer Rick" something or other. THreating to call my employer and seize my assets or something because of some serious allegation against my name. and he ended the call saying "until then, have a good life. Good bye."

I am so glad I checked this number!! I have been talking to this guy who claims that his name is "Office Ricky". He keeps saying that I owe money and that I will be reported to the police for check fraud and blah blah blah. Today I was called by someone from the "FBI" and he stated he was informed to come and arrest me ((same accent I might add)!! Any suggestions on what to do in this matter?

These guys r running a scam they are so fake. First off they r from india thats where they r calling people from tgey use computers to steal your info and they also have fake phone numbers because they are numbers computers give you. Ignore them all together. Think about it how.many people from india have the name mark harris or ricky. They will threaten you but theres nothing they can do without being tracked. There are warning about these scams all.over the internet. Once again ignore them they will however call from different numbers,but its the same people.

I have recieved several calls saying I have been reported for fraud he tells me my ss # and says It will be turned in to the courts I do not understand half of what he is saying and I owe no money and wish he would stop calling me

He called me and I stay on the phone for an hour with this demon, he told me to fax a statement and his name is also John Mathews he said I can only pay him by check or give him my card info. I told him I'll contact him tomorrow and this can't be a coincidence so I'll let this bi*** know about this site.

He keeps calling and saying he has my SSN and I really dont think that its real so I never call back but he keeps calling and saying that he will take legal action.

This person, John Mathews keeps calling and threatens to have the police come and arrest me!  I said, bring it on!!  Even if I do owe money, do it civillaly or I will see them in court!
