Just to let everyone know, they cannot contact your cell phone. I recieved a phone call on my ceel phone from this same number. You can indeed sue them because it is against the law for them to contact ANY cell phone without permission. They are currently being sued by over 400 ppl for this same reason, please save the number and contact a lwayer. If I find the lawyers information of the other cases I will post it here. SAVE THE INCOMING CALL!

That number called and showed up as a Cell 850-867-1569 which is a Panama City, FL number. I had a feeling it was Sallie Mae so I went online and did a search for this number, I found this website. Sallie Mae sucks, in this economy alumni and students are struggling and they have no jobs, they can't pay their loans back and Sallie Mae refuses to work with them.
