I have received numerous calls from this number with a heavy accent, the same thing that I have 3 counts against me for a payday loan which they have all of my info. But when I asked when was the loan taken, which what company they could not answer. Said they were located in Washington state and to call bacl 206-548-4435. Talked to one person and asked to speak to the supervisor, Adam Smith got on the line and said I had to call him back with a credit card that day or else. Did not return call the number called me 4 times in a row today and did not leave a message.

This foreign guy who I could barely understand tells me there is an investigation against my social security number by the center of investigation. He says there are three charges being placed against me: 1.violation of federal banking, 2. check fraud, and 3. theft by deception. He had personal info like email address,bank and acct. number, and called me on my cell phone. Which I have no clue how he got any of the personal info. I requested some info by email or fax and he said he could not do that. He said it had to be paid today to avoid going to court, which he claimed would cost thousands of dollars. He couldn't even tell me the exact amount I so-called "owed". This guy is really tryin so beware! Also he gave me the call back number of 206-548-4435 to reach him. He said his name was James Glock.

I received a call similar to everyone else's posts 5x today, plus called my mother and my aunt.  Stating I applied for a pay day loan online on 5/24/08, received the money and then closed my account so they could not collect payment back.  They could not give me the pay day loan company name or the amount of the loan I requested.  They gave me a call back number of 360-205-0092 and to speak with Chris Mar or something like that.  I have gotten pay day loans in the past and have always paid them back.  I went back through my bank statements and did not receive a loan anywhere near that date.  They had my ss#, email address and bank acct number as well.  I asked for written documentation and they refused to send me anything in writing.  They told me I can send them $952 if I wanted to settle out of court or I would owe $3423 if they took me to court.  They also mentioned I had 3 federal offense pending against me and I need to take care of this legal matter today.  I told them I was not going to give them any money and that I did not owe anyone any money.  He said I was lying and that I needed to tell the truth LOL.  I told them that I thought this was a scam and my husband even got on the phone hassling them about this as well.  Definitely a scam in my book...I'm sure they will call back tomorrow or until they give up and move on to the next person.  I'm closing that bank account just in case and putting a fraud alert on my credit report just to be safe.

Got a call from 851-322-8600 at work today.  His callback was 360-633-0102.  Traced this number to a company in Miami, interestin considering it is a WA area code.  Aha, it is using a VOIP system.  The man that answered at the phone company could not "legally" discuss his subscriber but proceeded to tell me that they can route their number through any in the US but actually be anywhere in the worl, like India, Turkey.  My coworkes got a kick out of answering 3  in succession calls, Albert Johnson, Mike Johnson and Albert again.  My boss asked where he was calling form and he said, read the nubmer back to me....they don't even know what number shows on our caller ID and I highly doubt that they know that 360 is WA state.  I also continue to get calls from "unavailable," with a return number of 201-234-4071.  His name is Daniel Bush, Kristine Jones, John smith...I live in UT, but come on.  I am fairly positive that they got my info from an online payday form, a phony website.  They said cashnet, and National Payday.  I have contacted both and both have never heard of me.  Peace of Mind.  I contact the sheriff's dept and he called back...just beeped.  he told me they block governemnt numbers that show as restricted.  I called the UT consumer Protection Agency.  He traced all numbers to VOIP systems, Internet phones.  Again, a real company would want to give you correct info to resolve debt.  The great part was per my friday call, I was to be arrested Tuesday @ 11am.  Today, Wed, I am to be arrested tomorrow at 1100am. Good luck, reprot it, go to the experian website and put a fraud alert on your credit , any inquiries and all 3 agencies will contact you for 90 days.  I am never supporting 7-11 or watching Slumdog again.  I am also changin my verizon number, they will do this at no charge due to the circumstances...your references not so lucky.  And work has agreed to make me "unemployed" when Habib calls.

This guy with a heavy accent named "Steven Jones" called me 5 times on monday the 18th. He left a message which said it was imparative that I call back because there was some legal matters I needed to attend to. So I looked him up on Google and Bam!! Here are all the postings of these calls.
On this message he gave the last 4 of my social and then told me my email.
I thought he would not call back and if he did I would make a report.

What happened?? He calls me today and tells me that I have a warrant for my arrest and that fraud and embezzelment charges are against me, but if I want to settle out of court he will contact a lawyer and then let me know the settlement amount.

This a%& hole had my ssn and my bank info. DO NOT TELL THESE GUYS ANYTHING!!!MAKE A REPORT AND GET THESE GUYS!!!!  I filed a report with the FBI and they apparently have been getting alot of reports as well.

I recieved a call from these people five times today and thanks to you guys posting I was able to call them out on thier bullsh*t. However, I am nervouse about them having so much of my information. I will be reporting them in a matter of seconds.

Yeah these a***oles called me about a month ago. I didn't pick up the first time cause I don't answer numbers I don't know. So I plugged the number in google and found a bunch of red flags on these D-bags. They called my cell phone the next and I played into it and told him well send my some information proving that I owe this company money and will cut a payment to them. He told me they could not do that and that I would have to pay in order for them to send it. I told him I just plugged your number into google and pop up as scam artists and don't even try to start that s**t with me. He kept persisting that it was not a scam, so I got into in an argument with and I starting cussing him out. Told him that his a** his been reported to the FBI and the local authorities. His only reply was f**k you b***h I will come kill you. Told him you step foot on my property and I'll put a f**king bullet in your forehead. He hung up and I haven't heard back from them until today.

The call I got today, however, was in reference to a friend of mine who had me as a reference on a loan he had. The lady left a message telling me not to disregard this message or else it would be very bad and my friend would be in a lot of trouble. Yeah right these people are stupid as hell. Since I have a call back number for them I plan on giving them a few prank calls some time and give them a peice of my mind again :D

I got a call from that number THREE times this morning. I kept saying hello and hearing nothing back and then finally they started talking on the third call claiming I got a "loan" for three hundred dollars and if they take me to court I will have to sell my personal assets in order to get a minimum of $8,000 (they were trying to get me to say I would settle a dispute outside of court). The people couldn't even speak english! They had ALL my personal information, including bank numbers. So I said aproximately one million times that I never got an online loan before. So the guy put his "supervisor" on the phone who asked why I had hung up on them and I told him the same thing and said Fine we'll go to court if that will make a difference... and then he hung up.

They called me this morning and it was hard to get any info from them let alone understand them. They said they were calling on behalf of Crown Lending PDL and had too much info. I refused to speak with them about the debt and insisted that they give me the info to contact Crown Lending Directly. I was extremely persistant and equally as annoying as the guy on the other end. He gave me a phone # for Crown Lending which turns out to be National Affidavit Processing Services (GO FIGURE!) (360)350-1994. I also requested there address to send a letter (I was going to send a cease & desist letter) and he gave me the following:

I am from payday2go (online loan company) I am receiving lots of call complaining about this fraud collectors and callers experienced harassment and asking them immediate payments or else they will be jailed. I recieved a call from 815-322-8600, and they said someone took a loan out in my name.  He said it was Shadia.  I do know someone name Shadia.  He said, because i was associated with her, I had to pay 695 dollars, or i would have to go to court.  They even had a court number.  He said there were 3 charges against me. 1- Shadia took a loan out from payday for 695 dollars, and since i was associated with her i was involved. 2- I did not pay the loan back, and 3-interested.  So he said i could settle out of court.  He had a very strong accent.  I could barely understand him. I told him to get me someone that could speak better english, and sosmeone who is American.  He said i am American, and i speak english.  I kept on saying i can't understand you.  i said who is this.  He said it was Officer Alex Dawson, and he was with the United Affidvit processing legal department, and he works for the United States Government.  I told him to let me speak to sosmeone who has no accent.  Of course they put me with someone else name John Anderson. He spoke wsith a accent.  It might of been the same guy, but trying to pose as someone else.  I told this guy i had to go take my son back to school, because he came home for lunch.  I told him i would call him back.  Si i asked for his number, and he gave me that 815-322-8600.  So i got home from taking my son to school, and i called back.  I asked for Alex Dawson, and he said who, then i said who am i talking to, he said Richard Dawson.  I said i was requiring the case about Shadia.  He said John Anderson was on that case.  He put me to John Anderson.  This guy was saying the same thing about me, someone took a loan out in my name.  I said well what do i need to do.  He said i needed to fax over my credit card number to his fax number.  I told him i do not have a charge card.  He told me i would have to go to K-mart to get one of those cards, and fax over the 16 number from the card over to his fax.  I would say I am ready to pay 695 dollars on behalf of Shadia to the United Affidavit processing department for  the outstanding amount. The phone was going in and out, so it was hard to hear, and understand him.  Of course I did not do it.  I told this guy that i was going to call him back when my husband gets home, because he work with people who have accent, and he would be able to understand him better.  He said this is not about your husbund, it is about you and Shadia.  He did not like that idea.  I told him bye, and hung up.  When my husband got home i called him back.  When i called back i asked who this was, and he said it was Lee Mcquire.  I put my husband on the phone, and he asked the guy what the name of the business, and he said United Affidavit processing legal department. He would not give anymore information.  He said that was not important.  what was important was Shadia and me. My husband said that this is the biggest F------ scam.  No one is going to give their credit card number to a fax.  This guy then said then your going to court.  My husband said We Would Love To.  My husband told that guy we were going to the police.  My husband then hung up.  I guess he didn't like my husband.  What a jerk.

I just received two calls from this number.  This last weekend I had my number changed because I was receiving 13 calls in a row, everyday from a different number but same scenario... same story as everyone else in this forum.  They have my SSN (which I told them was wrong), accusing me of three crimes, say they are from Washington D.C. when I ask what state they are in.  Want to give me a case number, but won't answer any questions I ask them.  Too stupid to know that I KNOW they are a scam.  The woman who called today finally hung up on me after I threatened to report her.  Always give another number to call than the one they call from.  They won't leave a message if I let it go to voicemail.  I only answered this call today because it is a brand new telephone number THAT I HAVEN'T GIVEN TO ANYONE YET!!!  So, how in the hell do they already have my new telephone number attached to all of my personal info?  Sprint is my cell phone service provider.  Anyone else receiving these calls have Sprint?

They called me too, read my SS# and claimed they are sueing me for something.  I laughed at them and hung up.  They called me a few months ago from a different number and a different story.  I wish they would catch these F'er.  they are annoying.

I too got the call from a guy named RYAN SMITH and he said that he's from the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION.  He left me a nasty voicemail at home about some fraudulent activities.  Don't these people have better things to do??

I have pretty much the same story as everyone else here.  A friend put my name down as a reference on a loan application, which is how they got my name.  And now they are saying because of that, that my name is being used in fraudulent and criminal purposes.  I called my local police and the FBI and was told not to worry about it.  I've told them not to call anymore, but of course they still do.  I even lost my temper with the guy and screamed at him that he was the one committing a crime against me and that I will press charges at which point he hung up, only to call me again the next day.  Since all of us are fed up and don't know what else to do, I propose having some fun with these jerks.  Stuff like, answering the phone singing as loudly and as badly and as drunk sounding as you can make it, Louis Louis is always a good one.  Maybe burping into the phone.  When they call, answer but don't talk to them, instead stay silent, or if there others around make comments about how stupid these people are, and make them the butt of jokes.  Finally, challenge them to take you to court.  If we can get the cockroaches into the light of day we might be able to sue them, and press charges against them and finally squash them.

They called me and told me they were from FYE and that I have committed several types of fraud and I had better return their telephone call or they could not be held responsible for what ever happens a work or home. They even went as far as tracking me down at work. Somebody needs to stop these people. I get these telephone calls at least once every 3 months.I don't give them any information but somehow they seem to have all mine. They don't even call you from the same number that they leave for you to call. Foreigners I hate them they are everywhere.

He has called at least 10 - 12 times after being told not to call here anymore. He was looking for my husband and I told him he wasn't home when i hung up on him he continued to call repeatedly until I finally quit answering the phone. He said his name was officer James White and his call back number was 904-239-3968. He had a very deep foreign accent so I know his name was not James White. He had my husbands ss# and the bank we use. He said there was a lawsuit against my husband and he was from the federal bureau of investigations.

These foreigners have been calling my phone for weeks now and when they call they give these really common names like neil smith or mike johnson and they told me that i recieved a loan through an internet website and when the company went to collect on the loan that the funds werent available so now they were prosecuting me and that i would have to pay excess fees and court cost, unless i just made a payment to them now over the phone..total scam.. the only thing convincing is that they did have a lot of my info such as ssn, email address, and i believe that one of them even qouted me my account number...the only way i think they got my info was by the internet somehow so i would just recommend that all sites are secure when you make purchases via the internet..they are extremely rude though and if you hang up they will call back at least 7 times..

The numbers listed all called me from the National Affidavit Processing Center claiming I owed a financial company money. I knew this was a scam and went with it until I got someone to send me an email after 20 minutes of talking with them.I ask them that I wanted to pay the amount and that I didn't have a bank account and the only payment I could make was via moeny order. After negotiating the payment method the asshold couldn't put 2 and 2 together to figure out I had done my research on these crooks. I managed to tell the guy I was going to use my brothers credit card and he then put me on hold for 10 minutes and created some lame word document invoice for the amount owed. I managed to get an emailacsinc@email.com. It's funny how I tried to reply to get all the information in writting from them and I got the following message.
