I got a call from them today. She says her name is Amber and she is a mediator, attempting to get me to pay a monetary settlement on a legal issue with a company I've never heard of. Sounds fishy.

I got a call from them just now. A woman named Amber claims there is a legal case against me and she is calling on behalf of capital investments to mediate a monetary settlement. I have never heard of this company. I told her a phone call was not considered proper service with the courts and that I should be served with appropriate documents. I have no clue what this woman is talking about.
