This is an extortion scam covered under http://800notes.com/forum/ta-56914502f4d77be/wcci-fraud. You will never see your money again (sorry to say). All you can do is report that you have been scammed to the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

Consumers across the country report that they're getting telephone calls from people trying to collect on loans the consumers never received or on loans they did receive but for amounts they do not owe. Others are receiving calls from people seeking to recover on loans consumers received but where the creditors never authorized the callers to collect for them. So what's the story?

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.

Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.

Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.

Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.

Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.>

I received a second call from this number this morning about my daughter and where she may be located.  I did not provide any information to the person who called himself Investigator Chris Lewis at 855-202-0265.  After talking with my daughter, he had already phoned her.  Apparently he was calling me in hopes that I would just go ahead and pay whatever he was looking for to keep my daughter out of trouble.

IMMEDIATELY CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN YOUR LOCAL AREA SHOULD YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER: 904-404-8512

THEY LEAVE THIS NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL BACK TO: 855-202-0265

My father received a call at 10:30am on 8/22/2012 from J.P. Roberts stating he was from Legal Enterprise and that if I did not call and make settlement arrangements with him before 12 noon today that he was going to process my arrest warrant with my state and county of residence. My father immediately called me concerned that I would be arrested for supposed "Check Fraud". When I called the number I was connected to J.P. Roberts he stated that I had a Cash Advance loan in 2008 under what would be my married name 6 months later. He could not give me details to the bank account number that was associated to this loan, he could not give me the date of origin of the loan or the full company name that this loan was taken out from.  Mr. Roberts was very rude, overriding any comments or statements that I tried to make. He made sure that during the conversation that I was not given time to make any research calls or look anything up on the internet.

There is this little key on your keyboard called "caps". Please press it before you start typing next time. Just because you get a phone called saying you owe money on a debt doesn't mean you do. Criminals are doing just this. Always ask for validation of the debt. If they won't it is likely the debt is a phoney. I also suspect you are a SHILL trying to scare people.

ONLY A FOOL WOULD EXPECT TO BORROW MONEY AND NOT HAVE TO PAY IT BACK.
A DEMMAND FOR REPAYMENT  FOR A DEBT THAT IS RIGHTFULLY OWED IS NOT A SCAM; IT SIMPLY MEANS THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END HAS GIVEN YOU A FREE REALITY CHECK.
IT'S A SHAME SO MANY  PEOPLE ARE GIVING THOSE OF  US WHO PAY OUR BILLS A BAD NAME. I DONT LIKE COLLECTION AGENCYS EITHER AND I LIKE THEM EVEN LESS WHEN THEYCALL TO  REMIND ME THAT I DID NOT KEEP MY WORD BY PAYING WHEN I SAID I WOULD. HEY "FOOL"  IF YOU OWED THE BILL   PAID IT AND NOW WANT YOUR MONEY BACK, THE POLICE ALREADY KNOW YOUR NAME.
