So angel59, it was fake??? Im only asking because they just started calling me with the same info. I've tried several times to call back & no answer... They keep calling alot of different people I know (some of which I havent spoke to in years) & nothing adds up! Its driving me crazy!!!

So i picked up when they called the next asked to get verification of my debt, also asked for this new guys name ryan reid and a phone number my attorney could reach him... the guy never gave me a phone number but instead said good your gonna need a lawyer at court... then he said he would have a process server out that night at my door step i said good ill have a cop with me i then informed him that process servers do not inform when they are coming and in my state you have you have to be a sheriff idiots... and for all those people that say to pay our debit what scam company do you work for... some people barley make it week to week so [removed:lang]

I am getting not only harassing calls at my place of employment, but also threats that a Diane Moore is coming up to my job to serve me papers to appear in court next week.  The company is called Progressive so they say.  They first called from an unidentified #, then I was persuaded to set up payment on a particular I do recall.  When asking for simple details about this company they became very upset.  I was called a thief and it was ashamed that being black and stealing is something I am not ashamed of.  They stated they were going to show up at my job in the morning to serve me court docs.  I cancel the arrangements I have with them.  The senior manager so he claim name Rob Davis.  They can be reached at 855-204-7176.  They refused an email, a fax number, and a physical debt.  Several of the people said they were not a law firm but a mediator, then another would state that they are.  I surely hope this addressed asp.  I work at a place that record all calls and this jeopardizes my job.

These people is a scam they call my job and my house phone everyday claiming to serve me with papers but come to find out no one will call u to warn you that they are coming to serve papers. So I got my lawyer involved and they are full of sh**

I care! I am actually glad I called. My process server was really nice and the people there were nice as well. I won't go into my personal business with you all, but I basically owed something and forgot totally by oversight only. I'm not a criminal! I was able to settle my matter without any legal ramifications which is key with my job. I am really happy I called and was given the chance to do the right thing. I keep getting a call from Michael. He says he's from Dean Reid calling from the number 855-204-7176...
Says he needs to get ahold of me and has harassed my in laws and parents... My mother in law got on the phone with them they wanted to know if me and my fiance are getting married said they saw us under a Bed Bath and Beyond wedding registry... She said no then they told her that they have spoken with my parents and uncle when i don't even have any uncles that know anything about me... They also called my fiance he picked up asked who was calling and why they were calling they would not give any information and asked what his name was he then told them that he does not have to give them any of his information they then told him he was stupid, ignorant and also asked if he smoked weed before he could say anything they hung up on him... Has anyone else gotten any of these calls from these people I've tried looking them up but nothing is coming up for them... Please help!!!! i would really be grateful :)

Got an odd call from them also claiming something about a case #?

This person calls and harrasses you several times a day at your business and home numbers.  They threaten that they are coming to your house or work and you better be ready to be restrained.  I called back to the number that was left and called the extension to find out their information to report them and the lady claimed to only be a receptionist and would not give me any information.  She said I had the phone number and "do what I gotta do".  So I am going to find out the next step in ending these calls and threats.
