Good for you! I hope you also reported them to the FTC and FBI.

Nope. No one's buying that fairy tale! Oh, and your credit is NOT "clear". For delinquent accounts, the black mark remains on your credit for up to 7 years - even if you paid it!

They called me telling me and my whole family I owe over $3,000 from a pay day loan they are a complete scam on top of that I have several other collection agencies calling me about the same debt. World Wide Arbitration is a complete scam. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING you will still be harassed by other companies for the same debt. Fraudulent Debt Collection agency. Report them to (716) 853-8404 Karen Davis, Sr. Consumer Frauds Rep Erie County NY like I did, and call an attorney.

Did they say they were trying to serve u papers and that u were being sued? They called my employer and were really rude. My director of HR hung up on them. I filed a chapter 7 last yr and I don't owe anyone yet these people keep threatening me.
