What company has this number

Just received a call on my cell, no message left.  These jack-wagons obviously know you are not going to call back.  If I were to answer my phone when I don't recognize the number, db's morgue approach is a winner!

Received a call from this number.  My landline phone identified it as "Private Name". I answered the call saying it was the County Morgue. When he asked for me by name, I said "Is she dead? This is the County Morgue." He hung up on me.

Received a call that hung up when I answered.

call to cell phone.  maybe 5 people have my number.  not used in forms on internet.  didn't get to answer call.

Happened to me today, call, no message.

Just received a call from this number on my cell. Didn't answer, and no message was left.

Received a call from that number.  My landline phone identified it as "Private Caller".  There was silence when I first picked up, and then someone asked for [my husband's name].  I asked who was calling and she said, "Verizon Wireless."   I asked her to give me the phone number where he could call her back.  She gave this number.  

I came here to look it up because it seemed odd to me that Verizon would be identified as "Private Caller".  :(

just got a call, they said they were verizon and wanted me to verify a bunch of info.  I told them to get bent.  

received call at work on my cell phone - answered.  Obvious telemarket noise in background and then it went silent - but they kept the call open until I hung up.
