Court Filing Fees:  $306  The court may or may not waive the fees, it is possible they may let you pay it in 3 monthly installments. We won't know immediately if this is the case.

Attorney fees:  $899. payable the day we file your case, or in payments before filing.

Credit Counseling class completed on line, pre-filing class is $25 and post filing class is $12.50 Both classes are completed online. We will send you the information as you need it.

If you have your credit report, please email me a copy, upon receipt I will contact you and schedule an interview to draft your bankruptcy documents. We use your credit report for the creditors and those viewing your report, placing this information into your bankruptcy documents.
