Got a person calling me about me being served and to call this number to get the right address(wouldn't process servers already have your address?).  But first she asks if I'm Ron W. living on William Street.  "No, you must have the wrong number", I say.  On (then they say the actual street I live on?).  Stupidly, I say yes.  Again, wouldn't they know?  Then I look on the internet under ADR and it's espousing some litigation mediation system they have.  What is this, scare you into thinking there's a legal claim against you, then say they'll resolve it for a small fee?  Sounded really fishy to me!

Says they are an "Alternative Debt Resolution" company with a court paper to serve.  Won't give any other information.

They said I had a breach of contract and they had my address and are coming to my home WTF who are they and what do they want

supposedly trying to get info about someone else w/ my last name on message , doesnt say name of co, lots of noise in background
