I got calls from another number telling me to call the 855 number. They then started asking information and I would not give it to them. I spoke to some lady named Jamie

I recieved a call from antoher number sayin gthey were gonna serve me papers or I can call the 855 216 1348
and settle before the papers get served. I gave them my information to amke payments from my account.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now a day before they take funds I find out that they are a scam. I had to pay to cancel my card and get a new one. This sucks!!!!!!!!

is there any way to stop harrassing phone calls from number 855-216-1348? I know its a scam but it unnerves me non the less.

I received a call from a person who called themself Brooke Green and left me threatening voice messages.  She gave me a claim number and told me that I needed to call to verify my address for "service of process".  She then left the call back number of 855-216-1348.  This is a complete scam!  Please do yourself the favor and do not call them back.  They are trying to scam you out of money.  I called the local police department from where the original land line call originated, but they did not want anything to do with it to try and help future victims.  THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!  No one would ever call with threatening tones and demands if it were legit.  That is illegal and these scams are illegal.

I received a call from this number, and just like the blogs, looked it up.  No such business is associated to this number.  In addition, the person did not even provide a name of a person living at my house.  sniff... sniff... sniiiiiiifffff.... I smell a scam!

I received no call ever from this number but did from another number saying that she needed to serve me, was a process server.  I asked what she was walking about, and who she was talking about.  Said I needed to call 855-216-1348 and get it fixed with them or she would serve me at work and embarrass me when she annouced who she was and what she was there for.  
I called that number, spoke with Collin and then Miguel.  said that I had defaulted on a loan in the excess of $1000 and that they were taking me to court, and would garnish my bank account and wages unless I paid it right then and there.  They gave me several options, but it went from $1000 down to $300.  I told them I would take my chances with their process server, and hung up.
