This Tom Murphey guy said he was going to stop by my work or home and serve me. He never showed. It is a total scam.

I received the same exact calls from Tom Murphy and he told me to call 855-216-7725. I called and spoke with a Ms. Kelly which never told me a company name or anything. When I told her that if she would email me the information I would get with my attorney and we will go from there. Fifteen minutes later I received a call from her supervisor Roger Scott demanding I give him my attorney's information after he told me that they couldn't email me account information. He proceeded to yell at me and when I told him I was calling the police on them for harassment he hung up. I called my local Sheriff's office and they said there was no one by the name of Tom Murphy that worked there and it sounded like a scam.

By any chance did this fool come and serve you? I got the same call from Tom Murphey but I am thinking scam as well. What process server calls before they serve you? Has to be a scam, right?

I received the same call the guy said he worked for the county i live in and I currently work for the county so i searched him in our system and nobody by the name of Tom Murphy works here i believe its a SCAM! I called back and asked the name of the company he said Bankers Resolution and asked me for a claim# i said i dont have one and he asked for my name and i told him well you called me so tell me what this is and he hung up! he also said they will be showing up at my house or work blah blah blah i wouldnt worry this is fake i am changing my number once again!!!!

I was told they were trying to serve a summons. But could not give me any information on original debt or balance. I asked if they ever mailed me anything, they said they emailed me. No company nam. Sounded bogus. When I called back to inform they of what my attorney advised they said they would close the account & hung up on me.
