these guys call our high end detail business saying that the owner has school loans and will inflict into his wages causing garnishment. They also asked for verification of social and more, so BE CAREFUL!

What they don't know is that the owner started this multi-million dollar business with is bare hands thirty years ago.

I hope the cops catch these joke balls.

Nicole if they are taking money from food, clothing, transportation or having a roof over your head its illegal.  They can not take from these funds.  Per Dave. Ramsey which is the founder of Financial Peace University

I could see how they get away with it, I got a call the other day.  I let it go to voicemail, saw it came from an Indiana phone-317-322-3614, but they wanted me to call back at 855-217-0914.  His name was Reggie asking me to call back because he wanted information for someone I may know; to please return his call.  Of course I didn't and won't.  Don't know anyone in Indiana, that's where the call said it was from.  Why isn't anyone doing anything about this?

I kept wondering why they kept calling me at work..Found out it was about my student loans..I never answered and now I getting f****d their taken 15% of my paycheck and I only make 11 an hour just Great Super pissed..So I call them to see if I could get it lowered and these fools tell me I need to get in a payment plan on top of my garnishment...Just great now my kids won't eat....Thanks Premiere Credit u puckers

I received a call from this number at my employer. The person said their name and asked for me to verify my DOB and last 4 of my Social. After much prodding they said they were calling from the US Dept.of Ed Student Loan Services. I did not give any of my information, and asked for a number to call back. I was given a Reference number and told to call 877-938-7656. I do not have my work phone number associated with any of my student loans, so I was automatically suspicious.

I received several calls from this number and at no time did not identify themselves...

They keep calling my work. i ask them to send me the paper work on this loan they would not send it to my address

This number called my employer yesterday...they had my first and last name correct but not my middle name.  They then ask our secretary to verify my employment and SS# which she did not!  She told them to fax something to us and we would review.  We haven't seen a fax yet!!

I received a call from these people today and when I picked up the phone it was loud rap music playing in the background. They claimed to be a debt collector and asked for my card number and they got very upset when I wouldn't give it to them and they hung up the phone.

Received a Hangup Call from these yahoos today.  Don't know who they are, but it's not gonna happen, whatever it is.

these people called my son number stating that I put them down as a reference........then they asked for me, so my son stated to them if you are calling for a reference why are you asking for her......usually when a person call for a reference they ask questions regarding the person......caller than hangs up....than I got the same call on my cell phone, but no name or message was left. Now, who are you and what do you want!!!!?? And STOP calling my peps.....I warned them about you calling as well. DO NOT ANSWER!!!!!

This number called my home this morning.  Being an 855 number, I didn't answer.  I don't answer any 800 calls.  They left no message.  One minute later, my cellphone rang.  Same number.  Again, no message.  I hate 800 calls to begin with but calling one number and then immediately calling the other borders on harassment especially when no messages are left.  This number is now blocked on both phones.

Same issue. A "Regina" claimed to be requesting information regarding a debt, but was very vague. No details.

They keep calling. I don't know who they are. I don't answer "855", numbers. They are usually debt collectors or telemarketers or some kind of BS.

I too got a call from these crooks.  Put it into my phone under heading "Block Call".

This number called my employer claiming to be Department of Education.  Hmm, no kids and my student loans were paid off many years ago.  I'm sensing BS.

Voicemail said it was to verify employment and gave a claim #.  Call was to my cell phone, and I am not and have never been an employer.  Heard a lot of people talking in background, like a call center.

Wrong number.

robocall: "Final notice to lower your credit card interest". Really? This is about the 21st "final" notice that I've received.
