i received a call from that number, when i called back they helped me resolve my credit issuses... if people paid their bills people like that would not be calling, so for all you people with that keep complaining maybe pay your bills first

They called my phone saying they need my location to served me papers saying they're calling from orange county haven't lived there in years, I checked the number and it's a scam when they call again I'll answer and they going to here it from me I'm sick of these calls

Got a call today saying they had a civil complaint, this was on my cell phone and it came from a GA #. It was a recorded call. Im pretty sure the court systems are not doing recorded calls. time wasters . Blocking them. Funny thing is, I live in Tennessee but have a 404 #.

Got the same message and I would never be in trouble for anything and would have no need for a debt collector as I have perfect credit and pay all bills on time.  Called them back and they are skip tracers for a shady pay day loan company and I was apparently listed as a reference for someone.  I asked that they remove me from their list and they are to never contact me regarding someone else's debt again, the woman was very rude and stated I should be mad at the person who gave my number and hung up on me.  Called back and spoke to someone very nice and they removed my number.  I will file complaints with FCC if they continue

They are skip tracers, received call saying I was being served and I have perfect credit and have never missed a payment for anything.  They are shady bill collectors for a pay day loan company and I was listed as a reference for a relative.  Told them to remove me from their calling list as they did not have my permission to call my home and I was under no obligation to give then any information.  The first person I spoke to hung up on me and the second person was very nice and removed me from their calling list.  Will report to FCC if they call again

Same message. Threatening my sister. Said I missed court date. Have never received anything from courts about court date. Dont know what this is but its crazy as hell.

Today i received a call from James Bell claim i had took out a loan like last year of 2012. I haven't took a loan out. So i call my bank to go back and look on this date. Nothing was their. So he said i owe $700.00 then said if i $350.00 then said $300.00 and they settle and i want be serve with paper.

Received a call at work from this number stating they had a complaint against me, I did not call back.  Why haven't I received any paperwork in the mail if this isn't a scam?  It's not like I'm hiding or something.

I Got the same call that I would be served at home or at work.  I tried to check in to it and it is a total scam!!!!

My husband has recieved the same phone to be harassed my a guy who gave his name has John Brewer. I called the county courthouse no such case number.  Tired of these damn callsm

A man called and left me a message saying " this is process server Gill Chris and we are looking for you to serve documents for court" and to verify my location. Gave me a document # and a number to call back. There is no way I would try to call them back! If you actually have my information, then why would i need to tell it to you? And its funny that the county I live in has no such information on any court case!!

They keep calling my number at all hours of day and night and it shows up as unavailable. The one time I answered recently it said I was in violation and someone is bringing up a case against me and told me to press any key to speak to someone or call the number back for information for my area.

They need my name and location to serve a paper for a client who is id as a claimant. I have had 10 of these calls and they keep leaving voice messages.

They were calling me from a different # with the same scenario-'You are scheduled to be served' or 'we have placed a warrant'.  It's all a scam.  If you let them transfer you, the call is sent out of country & you will be charged for the call.  In some instances as much as $20 a minute! Ridiculous to say the least.

Exactly!  If they really did have a "civil complaint" against you, they would already KNOW your location!

This is a robo-call with a message indicating that they have a civil complaint lodged against me, and that I should press 2 to give them my location, or call back at this number.

The fact that the name of the business / law office / or whatever was not given, and that the phone number doesn't have any legitimate hits on Google, indicates to me that this is a scam call, fishing for information.  Same old story - scammers trying to get personal information that they can exploit.

i have gotten a call like this to a couple of times.  At first i thought it was true but i checked into it and its just a scam. I was told that it was from a payday loan which i don't have. I ignore them when they call

They called me left msg that i am scheduled to be served at my home or place of employment???????? Total spam they dont call u to let u know u are scheduled to be served.  Has anyone gotten calls saying this???
