These idiots are committing fraud, I received a phone call from this guys stating that I owed money for a certain client and I needed to pay them or they will send someone out to serve me, So I immediately started digging to find out that the money I owed was inaccurate first off, then I find out that they don?t do business with these people, at all. Well to make this a little shorter I call back this B*****DS thief?s and ask them ok confirm with me that you bought this account from this people they told me ((yeah you owe money to this people))) is said ok that is not what I ask you , did you buy this account from this people , ((( yeah we bought it )) so after the second time asking them they agreed, So I start Ok this is kind of strange I just called these people to ask how much I owe them and to find out if they do business with you and the company said that they never did, and never had done any business with them, and they have had previous calls from customer that they have been contacted by this LAZZY F****NG A** HOLES THAT ALL THEY CAN DO IS STEEL FROM PEOPLE THAT DON?T KNOW BETTER . But these B*****DS after I confront them with real information they back off and got scared because I told them before we started the conversation that I was going to record them because I have a bad memory so the agreed, NOW WHAT THEY DON?T KNOW IS THAT I AM GOING SO FAR UP THEIR A** THAT THEY ARE GOING TO WISH THAT THEY NEVER F****D WITH ME. Now I have evidence to follow through.
Now some good information for people to watch for this kind of a***oles?

Has anyone got a call from 855-446-7646. Saying they are the national contract enforcement... If I don't get back with them with in 5 days they will show up at my home or place of employment.
Alfalfa 2013-05-29 15:06:41 Unknown
Demand a legitimate physical mailing address in which to mail a cease communication letter. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you and tie them up in court until HELL freezes over.

All I want is for them to stop calling my home. They are calling for my son who donot live here. Said I was a down as a referance.

notgiven 2013-05-22 03:21:18 Unknown
is a scam. Call the bank and tell them the card number has been compromised. Get them to issue a new one. If you can't get validation of the debt through the US mail then how can you know if you are paying the right company?

Whats your contact information? I'd like to hear what you have to say in regards to this company and its validity. If this is a reputable company that is trying to help individuals eliminate debt, then they would have a website as well as a nation wide commercial ad to encourage those in need to seek their help. If this is the person that is committing the offenses then you must also know that the FBI as well as the Attorney General have the number listed and have the capabilities to track the EXACT location that these calls are being made from. This will be put to a stop eventually and YOU will be the one to have "Criminal Charges" filed against you. It is a FEDERAL OFFENSE to state that you have legal documents and/or social security numbers of anyone that you're calling if you're not authorized to do so from a legal stand point.
You've been officially notified,
Wish you the best of luck :)

Open seperate account, pull your funds out and have your banking institution track anyone attempting to pull funds from your original account. From what I've been reading on this page, this is a scam and it needs to be reported as such. These people need to be stopped so, no one else falls prey to this sort of activity.
flairmaster1 2013-05-08 21:21:14 Unknown
I've received calls from two different names with similar voices as well as similar extension numbers. From what I've been reading about this from other comments that people have left, it sounds like a scam or telemarketing attempts to get people on the phone.
flairmaster1 2013-05-08 21:17:25 Unknown
I've been getting similar calls out my home number. Have you heard anything regarding this matter from the Attorney General? Not sure what I might of applied for, but appearantly it was something tied to this scam. Thanks for the post and how would I go about contacting the Attorney General myself?

I got a call from Matt Talentino with the same information last month from an Australian company and a different number, and this month it is a new number 855-219-3331 Nick Barnwell. They tell me they are going to serve me papers about fradulant activity and that if I do no comply they will forward this to my county attorney to be processed and prosecuted. At the end they said this is your official notification that you have been served LOL They have been calling for 4 months and I continue to delete them, but they are relentless, so be aware!

At the moment, the best defense is Education. Read as much as you can about consumer rights and the FDCPA and prepare yourself for future calls. Then, tell all of your family and friends about what you have learned and caution them not to respond to any strange calls or callers until they contact someone who can advise them. Then, tell everyone in church about it, tell everyone on the street who will listen to you, tell the Grocery cashier, and virtually anyone that will stand still and listen. Then tell them to pass it on. After all, how would you have learned if you hadn't come to this Discussion and Information Board and had that information passed on to you. Good luck and thank you for your post...

WOW!...! This is sooo confusing because they contacted me via email....but the sender was my ex-ex-ex boyfriend's cell phone number. Fw BigUg voice message-- I opened the email & it was from sprint.com(his carrier) his # $$$-$$$-$$$$, & about 15 extra #s after his...& the attachment which was a similar recording that others received. Valley's name was ANTHONY FALCONE. This yahoo informed me in a very matter-of-fact tone that they have my name & SS# being associated w FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, (he did mention this was NOT an attempt to collect a debt) then threatens criminal charges, notifying the county I reside in to pursue me at my home &/or employment and I should contact my attorney to appear in court w me.
Once he was done rattling off his phone #(2193331) & my case number he ended the message saying 'YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BEEN NOTIFIED' intimidating kind of voice! Lol

I want to thank you all for your posts. It helped me deal with the call I just received. I got a call with the same wording from a Lisa Collins claiming they had my info, would be filing a summons, coming to my job, and same statement at the end of the call "GOOD LUCK". I immediately started to google the company as my first reaction because I know I don't have any outstanding debt and just applied and was approved for a new car loan yesterday. Needless to say I called back with the information I found out and upon telling the lady to remove my info from their system and I know they are scam artists and I would report them, she got quiet and her only response was OK and she hung up. AMAZING what these people are getting away with. So again thank you all for the information that helped me today. Is there anyway we can put a stop to these people committing this ongoing crime? Who can we contact to put a stop to this? Its so unfair to others who don't know any better and get scammed out of their hard earned money.

I'm sure that any decision that you make concerning yourself is up to your own best judgement. If you took out the loan, then you should pay it back. However, in light of those who who have stated that they do not owe the alleged debt, or they are calling the wrong person, or those who started receiving the calls after applying for loan for which they never received, your logic does not apply. Would you pay a debt that you DO NOT OWE, because some stranger called you and told you to pay? How do you prove or validate that you did not take out a loan? Would this collector give all of the information concerning the Name, address, telephone number (unspoofed) of the Original owner of the debt, as well as that same information of himself the collector? A physical and mailing address in which a certified letter can be sent?
It is not a person's responsibility to prove that he does not owe a debt, if he disputes the allegation, it is that stranger on the phones responsibility to prove that he does owe the debt and is his legal right to claim and collect in that state. Simply abide by the laws of the FDCPA and validate it in writing, via usps, with proof of the Oringal owner of the debt, amount, and history of the account sufficient to validate the debt. Along with a verifiable copy of any signed contract that may exist. Everyone should pay any debt that they legitimately owe, that is within the SOL in their state, and is legally collectable in that state, I agree. But no one is obligated to pay to a total stranger on the telephone, who threatens them, unless they owe the debt and that stranger can validate the debt in accordance with the laws of the FDCPA. I don't care how believable, nice, hateful, or how much they helped another stranger who posted on this board, until they validate that a debt owed, and they have the legal right to collect, no one owes anyone anything...

I'm not sure if these individuals are real or not, from my conversations I believed them to be legitimate but from info on this site and others I'm led to believe otherwise. But in my conversation with this "arbitrator" they proved a great point....he said that if I didn't want calls and I didn't want to be expected to pay it back I should have never signed the contractual agreement with the lending institution. If I had legitimate documentation stating I never took this out,or I had paid it already then I could be absolved of the debt. That simple. So I entered into a payment plan and got a letter with the original account number of my loan for certified documentation. Ofcourse I can't get my debt out of circulation but that's because I signed the contract with all my info and the company sold it to recoop the funds that I personally never repaid. So in the end I'm not sure if its a scam per say....I'm satisfied with handling this situation through this firm, agency or company whatever it is.

Hiya.
I just read your response to my first remark. I had another one added this morning before I saw your response. I agree with you 100% and I reckon maybe it would be wrong to expect HS to respond in reality, unless they make a special task force and I doubt the gov't would do that as yeah we have bigger fish to fry and worse headaches than the incessant calls. It is unfortunately sad to admit that respect is gone by the wayside and other things our country used to have. dignity, honesty, trustworthiness, ( I am a former girl scout by the way) pride, a sense of civic duty, social morals, etc. All gone bye bye. So it's irresponsible of me to still dream of chivalry, mehh. Thank you kindly for the nice response to my remark it was very well put. :)
Kindest regards,
Citizen

You've got that right I tell you what,,there's some pretty serious predators these days that go to any amount of measures in the extreme to extort money from somebody. People,,please be wary and watch out. I still say, where's Homeland Security when we need it. These predators are attacking us citizens on a national level.. Don't you see it? Thanks for guarding our airports, and public government agencies, etc. and guarding our borders too but what about our homes? Our lives? Our families? These beasts are calling and making veiled, even bold threats against us. Who's going to defend that?
werwer 2013-03-23 13:44:33 Unknown
Shut up fraud.
dcso 2013-03-23 13:35:49 Unknown
Citizen, I do understand your frustration, as most all of us put up with the same thing. But I don't think that the Dept. of Homeland Security will drop their more important duties to chase down scammers and rogue collections company. National contract Enforcement is a scammer. They will threaten to throw you in jail as well as shoot your dog to collect $50.00. They violate every right you have under the FDCPA and then some. Although it would be nice to go after each and every individual who tries to scam us or just call us over the phone begging for donations, It is manpower and financially impossible. There are many who operate from other countries, and those scammers in the usa are hidden and spoofing phone calls making them nearly impossible to arrest. Keep in mind that a convicting case with evidence as well valid complaints must be accumulated in order to pursue and prosecute or else it is more money down the drain. Many have been arrested, but they just are not prominently blasted over the media, as the should be. It may be surprising to know that, according to the FTC, most complaints that are filed with the DNC/FTC/FCC are not valid complaints that would be prosecutable, but were filed in anger. Our country is in fact a Democratic Republic of over 350 million people. As you and most everyone else may have noticed, Morals no longer exist as a force in this country. A sense of decency that was once expected and received by everyone no longer exists. In the past, People slept with their door and windows unlocked and the ability to keep threats in check and thieves, robbers, & killers is now pretty much a wonderful thing of the past. And there is nothing in this world that can be done, that is going to bring that back. Freedom of privacy has gone the same way as freedom of speech. People believe they still have it, but those of us who are older have watched it slowly eaten away over the years. We have politicians today who are immune to the wants, needs, desires, and rights of the common person. I won't get into that, but you are preaching to the choir when you speak of a government solution to this telephone problem that we have today. The scammers and telephone callers are a much smaller part of our Countries problems than one would like to think.. The immediate solution for you and the rest of us is the same solution that has always been the best. Defend ourselves by taking away those opportunities of the Scammers and callers to make it unprofitable. Education of the public is the best bet. When people know what they're up against and know how to handle them, it takes away the most viable weapon that they have. Their threats with their mouths. I too am one of those who encourages everyone to learn their rights under the FDCPA. Too many complaints about the DNC are not valid. Everyone should take some time to go to the DNC and read those Frequently asked questions and answers. Before you file that complaint with the DNC, make sure it is truly valid..since there are so many exemptions and loopholes. It does nothing but create even more work for them leaving many to be disgarded. This govenment is no longer going to be responsive to everyone's needs and complaints about what they consider small things. Education is currently our best weapon and those who educate themselves will be the best frontline defenders against this vermin that is attacking all of us.
