I have been getting the same call.. Did you ever resolve this?

They keep calling my husband from this # saying they have a return item from our bank. Try calling back but it says it's from the offices of RPT.

Got a call about being served between 12-4 and to call this # for information were a generatic message ask for extention or to press 0 which i did ...the "supervisor" when i called started yelling at me stating how she didnt care about my situation and was very rude and nasty at first I thought it was a legit thing but after being treated in such a way by who is soposed to be at top of the todem pole so to speak I refuse to deal with them she did advise line was recorded for court purposes which I have to laugh at because if it was legit and a judge heard the way she spoke to me I am sure it would be dismissed immediatly to think if she had just been nice and professional I probably would have been nieve enough to go along with it :(  (oh yes and the call was disconteccted half way through her rambleing when i called back silly me still trying to figure things out strangely I was automatically connected to her???  ummmm yeah)  

curious if anyone actually did get served with anything and if this is legit I have atken out personal loans online and thought I had cleared them all but I was afraid I may have been wrong hence buying into this call would like to know what to expect now that I refuse to deal with that lady. (who did I meantion ignored my several requests for her name)

I just a a call from a restricted number, and she said that she had some paperwork to deliver to me between 12-4pm tomorrow. She says she has no idea who it is from or for what all she knows it is a summons or whatever and that she just needs a signature before she can open it....Why the hell would I sign for something I don't even know or let alone wait for them to show up at my house? All she gave me was that number to call.

I called the number back and they asked for an extension or just dial "0" - so I dialed "0" and the phone went dead.   SCAMMERS - I work in a manufacturing plant and I was wonder who the call was for - so they best quit calling ........

Did I mention I work for the U.S. Government??

They call my work too. When I call the number back it simply says I can not make the call as dialed. Pretty fishy. I always respond to these types of people with send it to me in writing.

called me, left message i tried to call back and just got a voice mail.

Go the same message but it was from a Dustin with Lews & McCarthy Legal Services stating that they have a legal summons to serve me with paper work at my home tomorrow between the hours of 12-4 and that if I want to make arrangements or speak to them about a criminal summons it is in my best interest to cal.  They left the message but when I called it back it said to leave a message.  There are other threads on Lewis & McCarthy...

Getting harrassing calls from this number only stating that they have a claim against me, calling several times a day at my work location. I let it go to voicemail, but am getting very tired of being harrassed by these people.
