Automated call from Bright House Networks - telling me I can pay my bill either online or through this number.

I have had them calling since i got this number (6 months ++)i have asked then to stop. all they have done is slowed down to 2-3 calls a week. i am not a customer of BHN but last person that had this number was. I have talk to BHN and informed them of this but i still get the calls after they said i would not longer get calls.. its to the point where my co-workers know about these calls. (as one of them told me about this site)

Three calls each 30 minutes apart.  I never picked up, will voice my complaint tomorrow. Service has been good they'll hear from me regarding this robo call.

They have called me 3 times in the last half hour, it only rings 3-5 times & hangs up. No caller ID just says United States, & they are leaving no voicemail. If they really would like to talk to me they could leave a voicemail, Seash..

Keep gettin getting this number calling but each time I answer there is no one on the other end. I do have Brighthouse and if it is them am all paid up to date !!

This number is for Bright House Networks.  Believe it or not, I did get a voice message.  They want me to call back to discuss an important matter.  The 2 things that really sucks is that #1 my phone number belonged to a delinquent person that I now found out is on welfare and #2 I work overnights and can't respond in time to get these phone calls to stop!!!

Have no idea who "Bright House" is but if they are calling our DNC number due to some past association, I say B.S.  No message was left on our phone either so assume just typical of another unwanted Robo call that the a--h-l-s just don't get it that no one answers today!  Don't have any apts. tomorrow that I know of to keep from the legit businesses we deal with.  Maybe they wanted to paint our house located at the end of a dead road some "Bright" fluorescent gaudy color so we can stand out Google Satellite maps!

No message - 2 calls in less than an hour; not behind on Brighthouse bill.  Been having problems lately with our cable service and archaic digital boxes (I used to work with the TV Ratings - so I would know) - maybe it's getting just about time to check out DirecTV. It's a shame when a cable company has a monopoly in an area, putting their customers at their mercy.

It is brighthouse I called back and spoke with a rep and they told me that they don't know why they are calling because my bill is up to date and that the company is probably trying to sell me something.  He said he would try to put a no call on my file so they do not call unless my bill is over due or there is going to be a problem with my service.

Very strange call. Shows "Unknown" on Caller ID, and it was recorded music when I answered. I waited a few seconds before hanging up, no-one ever came on.

It is a recorded message from Brighthouse re: pay by phone with a credit card. I'm not late on my bill, it's just a call about pay by phone option... REALLY BRIGHTHOUSE?? 2 calls in an hour, enough already, they're getting as bad as the Orlando Slantinel.

Brighthouse letting me know that I can pay my bill over the phone, when I just made the payment this morning online.

Guess my Call Blocking in my previous post does not work in this case. Another Brighthouse call tonight - a live agent started talking before I even said "Hello".  An FYI:  This company is a representative of Brighthouse.  I allowed her to go through the spiel and (very politely) asked to be removed from their call list. She asked if I was on the Do Not Call List and I verfied that. She apologized but stated since I am a Brighthouse customer they are allowed to call, yada yada. She seemed sincere that I would not receive any more sales calls but it could take up to 30 days.  We'll see!

Brighthouse shows on the Caller ID.  I answered after 2 rings but was disconnected.  I put this phone number into my Brighthouse account which allows me to block phone numbers. LOL

Actually they are a Cable Company that offers phone service.   They apparantly thought you would visualize the intent of their call.

Called 3 times in the last 20 minutes - no message - no idea who it is

Called about 5 times today...finally I answered. It's an automated message concerning my account, requires to call back or remain on the line. I know... it's overdue :P

This is Bright House Networks.  I had something installed by them, so the one or two calls around that time explained that.  However, now this number continues to call randomly and never leaves a message.  THAT I do not like.

I never answer any calls from numbers that are not already saved in my telephone address book.  If it's important, the caller will leave a message.  If not, I do not return the call.  I DO NOT answer any 'toll-free' numbers; chances are some solicitor anyway.

Bright House Networks automated call: service appointment reminder for next day. Caller ID comes up as "TOLL-FREE-" Would be nice if identified properly on Caller ID.
Left message on machine.  Courtesy reminder, not telemarketing.

It's Brighthouse, calling to confirm an appointment. On Christmas. Couldn't they have waited for the day of the appointment to do that?

Bright House Networks calling as a reminder of a scheduled appointment.  They did indeed leave me a message on my voicemail, so not sure why others aren't getting that courtesy.

i guess theyre calling bc  they want their money... welll if they hadnt effed up the online pay system they would have already gotten it

caller id showed 'free call toll'.  We don't answer calls that are unidentified.  If this is Bright House, they should use a phone that shows Bright House on caller ID.  Did not answer; left no message.
