Scam to get you to file for social security disability benefits.  They are only interested in helping you "if it's worth their while", even when your doctor and employer say you should be on disability.  They collect a 25% fee from the back pay owed you if they are successful, from the Social Security Administration.  SSA has to approve the fee.  If you were force into drawing your social security retirement early due to your disability, or you haven't been disabled long enough, it isn't worth their while to help you.  What they can rip the SSA off for takes precedent to them wanting to help a disabled person.

They are an ambulance chasing law firm who advertise nationwide soliciting people to file for disability.  These types of lawyers are getting pretty prominent now days since it is so easy for lazy people to get a free ride on disability.   Now,  I know that there are many who need and deserve it,  but there are far too many who are taking advantage of the system and many lawyers are helping them...

Got unexpected call from (855) 222-4011 Binder and Binder wanting to represent my gf with her Social Security SSI / Disability.  How the heck did they find out that she had filed?  What's there angle and how did they get her information including phone number?  spooky

Could be,  or else they are trying to locate someone else  that their search on the internet showed that you were associated with them ...some how.  Being Debt Free takes the fear out of the slime balls calls.

Didn't answer, and labeled the number do not answer so if i get another call i will know who it is.....I have no debt so it must be for whoever had this phone before (new number)
