I work for TLK Group and it is not a fraudulent company. We handle retaining Comcast customers in whom have had bad experiences with Comcast customer service. Yes, their customer service sucks that's why we call you because we can give ou deals that they can't but we can't access your confidential information because of security reasons. Hopefully this made it clear.

Claimed to be offering a promotional offer for Comcast

THEY CALL ME ONCE OR TWICE A DAY ON MY CELL PHONE. I FINALLY ADDED HIS NUMBER TO MY CONTACTS AND ASSIGNED NO RINGING TONE TO IT. AT LEAST THEY WON'T DISTURB ME ANYMORE. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MEASSAGE AND I NEVER ANSWER UNKNOWN NUMBERS ANYWAY.

I dropped my absurdly expensive cable subscription a few years ago but kept their broadband ?Comcast is something of a monopoly in my immediate area. Every year they launch a new round of concentrated ?marketing;? don?t I know how much money I would save if I signed one of their package deals?

It starts with phone calls but culminates in representatives standing on my doorstep, ?we were just in the neighborhood and. . .? From start to finish, the harassment lasts for a month, maybe more. And a new cycle began about a week ago. I?m seriously considering getting an iPad and making a complete break from these chuckleheads.

Comcast: ?We kick and gouge so often you?ll think it?s a sign of affection.?

They called me again yesterday, so clearly they weren't kidding about the "30 day" do not call thing. I suppose they are going to use those last 30 days to call me as much as possible?

Called the number back, the message said they were from "TLK Group on behalf of Comcast in regards to a promotional offer". You can select 1 to talk to someone (as if I did) or 2 to put your number on the 'do not call list'. I pushed 2. The message said it could take up to 30 days for it to take effect. Yay, one whole month of promo calls!

called at 5:19; pm 9/13/12 ~  left no message, I did not call back because of the posts below.  This is stupid.  This is a cell (throw away model) and it is registered on DO NOT CALL.  It is so unprofessional and irritating.  I have decided to not answer my calls on this phone if I do not know who is calling.  That saves my units for ME! and my Mom to use, who is the recipient of call from this number.  Pls find out who is mis-using our phones, and could you also tell the people who make the decisions to "let" spammers, telemarketers, others call our cell phones,  that we want "privacy" for our cell phones, since we spend money listening to their s piel time attributal to our accounts even if we immediately disconnect! Those few seconds add up to minutes we could use much more effectively!  As for non-profits calling us to ask for money, just don't!  Because most of us contribute, what we can where we know how the money is spent~ save your time and my money!!!!!!! Called the number back, they call at least once a week. The message says it's a business called TLK Group calling on behalf of Comcast with a promotional offer.

They have an option to be added to their do not call list.

Ugh, Comcast. They don't give up....Even though I've repeatedly told them I AM NOT INTERESTED in getting cable.

Called me 12 times today and i told em to stop...they are a persistant group of scammers...i dont even have comcast...

Repeated calls from 855.223.6708 to cell phone, every other day but sometimes even three times in one day. When picked up phone, no one was there.

Calls constantly saying they are comcast, wanting social security number and etc. When told I had no interest in their bundle pkg plus free tv receiver cont to pressure. On no call list and messages recorded. Needs to stop!

I got worried that this might be a scam and called the Comcast main number. It is legitimately related to Comcast.

Comcast? Again? I am already a subscriber, and I don't like being affiliated with a company that harasses people. I need to send an email...again...

No one was there when I answered the phone.

Harassing calls from comcast, never leave a message.  When I do answer, there's no one there, they hang up.  Filed an FTC complain, got MORE CALLS from comcast(local office this time).  idiots.  Then I got copied on a response letter from comcast to FTC where they have COMPLETELY screwed up the phone number I supposedly added to their do not call list (area code is for a different city in a different state I've never lived in, where the hell did they get that?).

Now they have started calling/harassing me again.  effing idiots/b*****ds

I've gotten a each weeknight for the past two days around 7 PM. I haven't answered it, but the phone calls started since I gave Comcast a call a couple of nights ago about a technical question. So, I think everyone is correct that this is definitely Comcast related.

Always get calls from this number.   Never pick it up since it's a number I never recognized in the first place and now I see it's some "imaginary" Comcast potential fraud stuff?  

And why do I see comments where people have picked up the call AND given them information ??   Be smarter folks!

Tired of these calls

I got 2 calls from this number today. The first call at 8 am it left a message. It was a recording of a lady (Linda Kennedy)  saying that I won a cruise with airfare included, no strings attached. I ignored it and got another call at 8 pm. Didnt answer and no message left. Pretty sure its a scam since previous calls from this number to other people were from comcast.

Got a call from this number. Claims to be Comcast but they had none of my basic information. Didn't know my name, service address, or even what phone number they were calling. They also called me on my cell which is a number they should not have on file. They were offering upgrades to my cable service (which i don't have) and to upgrade my internet connection. (already have the top tier service). I told them I would call them back and not to call me any more. If it actually IS a branch or representative of Comcast, they need to work on their communication with the rest of the company.

We get calls from this number but as we have a Google Voice number, we simply blocked them. Gotta love Google Voice!

They've called me 3+ times over the last two weeks and all around 9 PM. Never left a message. I won't be picking up as they sound like Comcast scum.

I keep getting calls from this number starting at 7am until 12 or 1am several times each day for over a week now. I won't answer because I don't know who it is and I rarely answer if I don't recognize the number.

They have called me every single day for over a month. I haven't picked up at all. Every sign points to a fraud that I've heard of from others.

Received 2 calls from them in 2 days.  They do not leave messages.  After reading this thread, I won't be answering.

It's too bad. They called me over 5 times daily. But I could not doing anything to stop them!

They call me at least once a day.   If I let the tape machine answer, they leave no message.  If I pick up the phone, there's nobody there.  It's really annoying.  I'm on the Do Not Call list so these people must think it doesn't apply to them.  I doubt it's Comcast.  I've never been treated this way by Comcast.
