No, sorry. I asked for my loan and as a decent American I pay my bills as soon as I financially can. But thanks for labeling me because you clearly have a tough time handling that part of adulthood. I'm just a regular guy who will never get one of these things again!

ive had similar bad experiences. i kept getting calls from a guy with a strong middle eastern accent that i could barely understand.  one time he was with some law office, the next he was with the sherriff's office.  they even called my employer regarding the "debt" which is illegal where im from.  i just got a message at work today from 855-224-6064 saying it was the merrimack county sherriffs office.  called the number and got a progressive company.

Real? Yeah Riiiiight. Just another extortionist faking it on 800 notes. Hey does your mom know you try to steal money for a living?

I did my own research as well after I received a similar call. Actually there was a process server looking for me and I called back. I was treated with respect and paid off a small debt I had from a 'bad decision' last Christmas. With the crappy economy I thought I could get 'a little extra' and snagged a payday loan to help XMas shop. Instead I fell behind and one thing led to another. Sorry 'Dee' you had a bad experience, but mine was real.

Same here. Says I'm being charged with "check fraud".  Left me a phone number and a case number.  it's funny this call came about 1/2 hour after my daughter in law said she received a call from a man saying my Identify had been stolen and I needed to contact someone at the number and he gave her. I recently found out a few Payday loans I was having payments automatically withdrawn from my bank were illegal in Michigan.

Caller called me and claimed to be a process server and threatened to have me served for bad chaeck in relation to a payday loan. i did reserch and it it not a lawyers office but its a colection agency. smdh
