just got the same "Pat Conner with Advanced Mediation Systems " call at my office.  the first thing i did was google AMS ... surprise! nothing.  SCAM SCAM SCAM.  this was also for a legit payday loan i took out in 2008 and repayed on time and in full.  these scumbags buy our outdated info and then use scare tactics to extort.  i hung up on him and will continue to do so every time he calls.

"Pat Conner" has now called my ex husband, ex mother in law, ex sister in law, my grandmother, my dad, and my brother. He told them that I owe $2000 on a payday loan. What's concerning is that he is referencing a loan I actually took out with an actual company. However, I have proof that I repaid this loan on time. He's even saying he'll settle for $400. I don't think a legitimate attorney would settle for less than half of a debt that is actually owed.

I received a call from a Pat Conner, also!  he wont stop calling...it is a scam.  the number he called from is 877-615-7445

the person calling name is pat connor he is not a lawyer this a SCAM!!!! report his name and number to the BBB

I just got the same call his name is Pat Carr not sure if spelt right. Told me to contact him with or without my attorney.  No idea who this is?  Anyone else know anything? Called me by an old married name too very odd.

he said he name is Mike, regarding a check that I had written to his client. He was having trouble with an issue of the check. Just left the phone number. Didn't give the clients name.

They left a message asking for place of employment and home address to persue the matter further.  Did not say what the matter is that they are persuing.
