YES! i totally agree with you. I have had same experience. Everywhere you turn and mostly each day i get mail, or calls on my cell/home from scammers and most of them or outside USA and trying to rip us off of the whatever small amount left we have. :( it is a darn shame as you stated but its going on and we need a way to stop them from continuing to scam us.

The # the voicemail came from was 415.223.7549 (San Rafael, CA)

Promised an I-pad,but knew it was probably a scam. Completed survey, and called this number per their return call to receive my prize, and was told my number didn't match their records. Tried a couple times making sure my number was correct, and their recorded answering device hung up on me. Need to refer this to a consumer advocate or attorney general.

I looked up the number uttott left at the top of this page (304-462-9065), and I remember looking that one up a few days ago. I did not realize they had left a message (scammers so rarely do), but I'm reasonably certain that was the number that called and left this message.

Recorded message from "Greg" thanking me for participating in "the online survey" and said to call toll free 855-226-1193 to "claim your prize". (I erased the number he called from, but it wasn't this number.)
1. I rarely fill out online surveys (and only when it comes from a company that I just did business with)
2. I NEVER give them my phone number. (If I did business with them, they most likely already have it)
So since Greg wasn't any more specific than that ("the online survey" was literally what he said), I'm guessing that if I call, they will just want to charge me shipping and handling for the non-existent "prize" they have for me. Uhh, thanks but no thanks. I'll pass.

It is a shame to see what america has become. We have Outsourced the country to foreigners that are incapable of speaking the english language. what ever happened to calling a company & actually talking to a person? A PERSON THAT CAN SPEAK MY LANGUAGE. now if you might by some chance luck out and get a person you need a interpreter to talk to them. Then you get these A******* like these people wanting to scam you out of what little we have left. it is a shame. i am sorry to offend anyone but it is true. am i wrong

this is a scam they say you won a $40.00 dollar for answering their questionnaire...they are using pampers; gerber and other brand names should any one from those company report this ads that pop up on the screen, what scammers!
