Threating to serve summons

I keep getting nasty calls from these people telling me that I have charges pending against me and that I need to verify my personal information so that I can be served with a summons. Yeah my head dont screw on backwards and if I was being served then I'm sure that they wouldnt call me first! Not sure who these people are or what games that they are playing but I'm nobody's fool!

i recievd a call from these ppl and they are a scam . these ppl are stupid . i work with the court system and no one is to call u before ur summons is served that only tell the person they are coming so they can leave that is to never happen its freaking funny .lol these ppl think they are scaring ppl but all they do is sit on some website they load all they info up and start calling these are ppl that are prob collecting 25 to 30 % of the money they get from u ! they prob have some big black heffer in the back collecting all these payments and keeping track while the amilies go broke . this company is stupid and should not be taken ser . u prob got acall when they ran a dialer machine . supposedly i was supposed to recieve my summons a while ago lmAO AND I WORK FROM HOME !!!!so ppl continue to live ur life i have . trust me when u are going to be served they wont cLL U AND let u no lmbo lol

Hey, shill, how much do they pay you to come here and post lies? If you're not lying, let's have a state, county and case number that can easily be looked up online to verify your BS. You aren't fooling anyone here. Get back in the boiler room.

I received a call from this # and I followed this genius site and got myself served with the documentation, now im looking at time in federal pen for writing a bad check (electronic check). Global isn't playing games, i wish i paid these guys now..no if i call in to settle this debt they wont even talk to me about it

I got a call from some place called Global from Jose Sanchez stating that I had wrote a fraudulent check in 2008 and that they were calling because they wanted to settle the debt before charges. I told them that I never write fraudulent checks and they continued to holler and scream and tried to be very intimidating. It irritated the hell out of me. I asked for further information regarding this matter. And he told me he didnt have to show my respect and he explained all he was going to explain. And good luck in court. I said that I would call my lawyer and tell them that and then they proceeded to be very arrogant. I will be calling my lawyer first thing tomorrow morning..

Called and left threatening message.

I received a call from them too. aid they have a claim against me and to call back the number because they wanted to verify this information.

If they have a claim against me they should just send me in writing the claim ...it seems like a scam. I don't know what I would have a claim against me for ... I am as staright laced as they come.

A lady called my mom house phone looking for my husband and stated this is a final warning to collect a debt and the number was 855/226/5097. They also called our house phone and my mother in law as well...They stated my husband had got a loan online.My husband dont know how to work a company but the scary part was they had all our info such as vehicles,driver license,dob,addresses and family members listed as references.i asked for the bank the money went into...the bank was Wachovia we never had that bank where we live at...then the guy by the name of kyle davis stated it was sold to wells fargo we never had that bank here either....the global so call firm needs to be in jail somewhere why they trying to take ppl money...all the stuff was said was bull crap and we have an attorney and filed a police report....the jackson are going to war with the global firm..stop harrassing ppl......

They just called with threats and rudeness. Saying they need an address to serve me? Very confused and scared.

This lady calls from a blocked number saying I have a claim and charges against me.  She has called 3 times saying it's my final notice...lol now after reading this the next time I am going to let her have it!!  Thanks everyone!

The people who called me are rude and obnoxious.  I have no idea what they're talking about regarding their claims.  It's annoying, and I want them to stop calling me.

I got a phone call from a lady this morning stating that she was going to serve me papers that were being filed against me. When I let her know that I had no idea what she was talking about I got an "oh dear" response and she gave me the 1-855-226-5097. I called and gave them the Case number I was given and supposedly it was for this pay day loan fraudulent check charge. 1. I have never used nor had anything to do with Pay Day Loan?? 2. I do not write checks. 3. None of "MY" information they gave me was correct other than public information that is available. My name, last four social, and telephone number which I am now seriously thinking about disconnecting and I just got the thing about a week and a half ago. Any way this did scare the crap out of me so I checked my background info and credit stuff and everything is good. These people are full of it. They wont be getting a thing from me. Other than a few choice words when they decide to call me back.

I receive numerous phone calls from global saying I owed some cash advance place..didn't give me location nor telephone number. Then the guy said let me transfer you to jose sanchez...then he start to yell watch out...what type of business that don't except money orders and money gram... That's how I do business...a.k.a......paper trail

Mike Taylor called me from 855-226-5097. He claimed to be collecting a debt. I don't owe anyone money so when I looked into it I found out that he is a criminal from Baton Rouge, LA and very dangerous, hang up immediate and call the police if he calls you. He will keep calling back. Call police!!!

my father recieved a call fromthis place saying this was your daughters last notice if she does not respond she will be going to jail, i have never recieved a call from them before i have not went by the name they were calling for in almost 3 years, when i called them back because my father was so upset, i found out that they were global, when i tryed too get anyinformation on the companty nothing came back on it. its like they are a gost. when i called i was not happy i was very upset because the guy that called my father was yelling at him and was very nasty and rude, the lady i talked to asked me for my social i told her no then she asked for my birthday i said no again, then she started to ask if i was this person and i was not however the lady i talked to was michelle she was very nice and said that my father would not be getting any more phone calls. NOTE: if they say its your final notice BY LAW they have to send you a paper in the mail, if they say you have been subpoenad they are full of it the only REAL way you can get a subpoena is by an officer BY LAW.  if they are rude you have the right to decline any information.

I said that I would call my lawyer and tell them that and then they proceeded to be very arrogant. I don't know who the hell these people are but, they got the right one. I don't care if someone owed anybody anything, that does not give them the right to keep calling and harassing you. *Please*, whoever reads this, report them. I am, and then I am calling my lawyer to let them know as well. P.S, when I ran a check on this number, it says that the caller location is unknown and I did an intellius research, and nothing came back from that either. May be a telemarketer. IDK.

I received a call from a private number asking for my husband.  When I told them he wasn't home they gave me the 855-226-5097 number to call.  I called and the guy I spoke to told me his company was a mediation company and they were trying to collect on a debt.  I called the number back and left a message and have yet to hear back from someone.  

I'm currently on the phone with someone from from Global and they are telling me that they would like my credit card number to settle this matter.  

BE CAREFUL and ask lots of questions.  Even ask that proof be faxed or mailed to you to verify this is you debt.
