I have received several calls from several different numbers from a company called Legal mediation Firm. They reference fraudulent activity processed on my behalf. They want me to provide a statement prior to summons. They are threating to serve me with legal actions at my work place or home. I called them and they wanted me to verify my social security number, name and address. I refused. Then they wanted me to give them a credit card to settle a debt. I refused again. Finally they said they would document the case and to expect to be served.  They won't provide information as to who the debt is with or the opposing party (the one that going to "sue me"). I have reported them to consumer financial protection bureau, for False statements or representation: Impersonated attorney, law enforcement or government official.
