I too got a call today from this number. Did not answer it and tried to call them back. No one answered. I also cancelled my cable.

I use Mr. Number call block (on Android) and block them. As for them calling private or unknown, I have all private numbers blocked so they will not get through.

I told a friend about it and she said, "You get all kinds of customer service when you stop being a customer!"
Amen. Over all of the past several years I marveled at how effective they were at avoiding hearing customer's complaints about them as a company ('This survey is intended to ascertain the effectiveness of the customer service representative, it is not concerned with your feelings about Comcast as a company').
Interesting that they have it set not to identify them via Caller ID.

The person on the other side wanted to confirm information with me, which Comcast should have in their system. Once I asked why I need to confirm information, which they should already have, he told me that he is calling in behalf of Comcast. I hung up and blocked the number. I am just curious to find out how a third party knows that I cancelled my service with Comcast...

got calls from this number after canceling comcast. it's been three days. i never answered because it only rang once then hang up. and btw, i am traveling in europe and these calls wake me up in the middle of night!

Just cancelled my "Commiecast" service yesterday and started getting calls today. This is after I turned in my equipment 3 weeks ago and tried to cancel then only to get a bill a day ago saying i was overdue and must pay now. Mind you, I have not had service in 6 months even though they said my signal was being received. I repeatedly tried to resolve the problem and even replaced the converter box with a new one. How do they stay in business with this kind of service ?

I couldnt believe it when I saw that its Comcast trying to call and get me to reconnect my services! I cancelled my internet and TV at the same time. They tried to offer me plans that are only good for prices for 6 months. I instead changed to another service I think it was Net Zero where you get that little box and just have to plug it in, and you get service that is secure. I still have to see if this is a good option, but for what I was paying, anything would be better!!!!!

I just cancelled the last of my Comcast services, my internet. They didn't call when I switched to Direct TV, but they have called me 3 times, since I disconnected the internet. These scums have hiked up my rates, tenfold, and their ridiculous attempts to be a monopoly.See you, I won't answer calls I don't know. If only the NSA would monitor these calls!!!!

I was wondering what that number was. I just cancelled Comcast. I ordered it and cancelled 3 days later when I couldn't get any channels and they didn't ship the modem. Tech couldn't come out for over a week!

They've been driving me crazy too from this number! After an social media campaign that I launched to try to get Comcast service fixed (set up wrong in my new home), with managers constantly Tweeting back saying it was taken care of (but none would call me and nobody knew up from down in that company!), then they decide to start harassing me with phone calls? Pulheeesse! Wish I had the CEO, COO and top management's telephone numbers so I could return the favor. I blame the leadership of Comcast, not the poor people making minimum wage at a crappy job.

I just cancelled my Comcast and I too started to receive these calls...I finally anserwed once but no-one was there. I moved to an area out of the Comcast network and they know that!! Why do they keep calling? BTW the my new ISP is 60% cheaper than Comcast because they do not make me get a land line with internet like Comcast does...

Cancelled my Comcast service yesterday afternoon and started getting calls today. Multiple calls a day and they never leave a voicemail. Shouldn't they have offered me a lower rate when I was trying to cancel instead of harassing me after the fact?! This makes me hate Comcast even more. They have a monopoly on my apartment complex and no other service providers can offer service. What a ripoff!

They've been calling me 3-5x a day for DAYS so finally I answered, it's Comcast asking why you cancelled your service, and offering a discount if you sign back up. When I told them I'd already signed up with a new ISP they wanted to know all kinds of information about my new service.

I have been receiving these calls for a few weeks now on my cell phone, had no idea who it was and never answered it, but it is bothersome, and no message was ever left about their call.
Thanks for your help here! Lets get these f....en pricks. I dont know where everyone else is receiving this call from, but I'm in the Houston area if that helps.

I received 3 calls today. Thank you Eric. Had I known earlier that's who was calling, I'd pick up just to yell at them. They refused to call us back on three different occasions when we were having billing issues, but now they're having no issue calling! Ugh, glad I left.

The call is from Comcast's "loyalty" department. They've been stalking me by calling 1,2 and even 3 times a day for the past week wanting to know why I cancelled my cable! They discontinue 15 of my most watched channels in the package line-up AND raise the rates??? Is it any wonder why people are cutting the cable? The associate from the "loyalty" department said it will take 30 days to remove me from their call list. 23 more days of being phone stalked by Comcast ahead of me.
