The same thing happened to me 31.96 was withdrawn from my account. But under the terms and condition they have a policy that requires you to receive your money back it is a 30 day no questions ask guarantee.So they have to refund you your money.

dont fell bad they done me the same way and then wanted me to send them 110 bucks or the fl police was coming after me the num was 1 386 232 1240 iv made a police report and the number was from  debery boca raton fl

This company is Advantix LLC and they are some type of third party affiliate of different online cash advance companies.  When you look for a cash advance online and enter all your information, this 3rd party affiliate will charge you 31.96$ as a fee for their services.  I have no idea what their services are but you can give them a call at 1.855.231.2622 and ask them to do two things: 1) close your account with them and 2) refund the 31.96$ they deducted.  Mostly likely they will refund you and everything will be ok again.

I suggest you all do the same. These people are crooks period.

I just spoke with a woman at this number. She said that this is a application fee. I was on the internet looking into possible loans and never completed the process as I decided to look into a bank loan instead.They never offered me a loan and i never heard of their company.I want to turn them into the authorities but am unsure where to begin.

They took the 31.96 out of my account also this morning. I don't know who they are, I never spoke to them to get a loan. I just looked up this loan avanix name online to see what this company is and found all this.

OMG !!! I am pissed off they put me in an overdraft !!!! they took 31.96 out my account . I took a trip to the store to find out my card was declined !!! I was like WTF i know i have money on my card. so i checked my account and saw these f****rs took out my account i Don't even know who they are . I called my bank and they gave me the company number . The man on the phone really didn't say much but that he will refund me my money because i said i will report them !!!! but guess what he said in 10 business days !!! OH HELL NO i want my money back now !!!! I'm in and overdraft .. Oh and after that transaction finish pending i will be filling a claim against them !!!!

These convicts stole 31.96 out of my checking acct without my consent the day before 30.00 from another company called capital advance capital payday bunch of criminals why would i want to pay first to get a payday loant.  i was told i would have a refund within 7days it sure didnt take them that long to steal my money

I never applied for a loan either from them and never had a deposit or talked to anyone about a loan. They took almost 32 dollars from my account also. I got hung up on twice and spoke to a manager supposedly who told me they would credit it to my account in 10 business days. so two weeks basically with weekend. Make sure you write down names and take notes on all calls. Now to get back my 32 back I have to leave my account open for these CROOKED STEALING A_-HOLES. I AM LIVID!!!!!

I too just got scammed from this company. they took $31.96 out of my account and I know it was not authorized by me at all. Why do so called businesses do these type of things to people? I called the number and never got an answer. But, someone is going to answer for my money. I'm calling my bank now to report them as fraud. I bet they wont get another dime from me..account will be closed.

I got in touch with my bank and they told me this company has a website, www.payavanix.com.  I went to the website; it's for payday loans.  If you don't read the terms and agreement page, you are giving them permission to take the money out of your account.  To stop them from doing this, you must email them at support@avantix.com.  It's right there on the agreement page.  My husband agreed to the terms without reading them; what an idiot!!!!!  Hopefully he has learned his lesson, but something tells me to keep an eye on him for a while, just to make sure ;)

Contacted my bank.  You have to fill out an affidavit of fraud form at your bank and have it notarized by them right away.  Your bank will credit your account the losses within 10 days and can put your account on fraud alert, which is a temporary system to watch for this company and any other suspicious activity.  If you applied for online pay loans, only solution is to close your account down and open a new account with an new number so your information isn't out there for these types of scams.  Good luck

They rob me and took all my money out my account I'm so sad I'm sick of it and left me with bills to pay

31.96 was taken from my account on monday an about 5 or six electronic withdrawls of 17 dollars just left the bank to fix this asap wat a scam
