These people are frauds they fail to verify any debt by mail. Debt colkectors can not threaten you call state attorney general and call fdic. The calls are from executive arbitration. Contact a lawyer and sue!!! Oe file bankruptcy. DO NOT PAY THEM A CENT! Or give out any info. They use acare tatics to force people to pay scams!!!

Fake post made by the person who is making the calls or the company. They monitor these sites.

It sounds like she works for the company - because i had these calls for months and it is a payday loan and have not recieved anything yet. ALL B***S***!!!

I received a call today - the call number on my phone was this:  512-920-5356, but told me to call back:  855-231-1723.  Angela Rossie calling - a personal business matter came across her desk this morning, time sensitive, needs to speak to me immediately.  I came here and looked up the numbers!  GLAD I did!  

My friends got phone calls about me from this number. CREEPY. Whoever leaves a messages threatens to 'serve papers' and it's going to the 'clerk's' office. I will report them if they call me or anyone I know again.

Recieved a Voice mail from Ms Johnson, basically saying I was going to get served, called back and talked to "Litigation", Well this guy was very friendly and offered little info. He then refrenced to a pay day loan from 2008, (legit, but paid in full) so at that point I knew it was a scam. I told him so, and then he got load and started talking over me and said " So you are trying to tell me someone broke into your house and got on your computer and put money in your bank account" and then I said no, I never said anyone broke into my house, he then stated " you do know that lying to a police officer, you can do time in jail" We yelled back and forth for a little while, and then I told him this conversation is going no were, he then said "FINE, see you in court" and hung up on me..... So Today, I recieved an email from a Dan Banks, with the subject of "No responce Threat of Action"  American Credit Resolution, PO BOX 467201 Atlanta Georgia, 31146. With a phone number of 855-306-3373, Fax 404-592-0605
The email states that I have 10 days to pay my claim in full if I dont respond "ACTION MAY BE BROUGHT AGAINST YOU WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE" Yours Truly, Diamond.
I knew this was all a scam, but after reading all of your comments, I feel much better now. There is a LEGAL way to collect debt, this is NOT how you should do it.

Caller stated that Windows on my computer was "being hacked", wanted me to go turn on computer so they could help me stop this. Definitely a foreign accent, I asked for the phone # and he gave me this #,,,I said NO,,,,found out later that my sister also got the same call.

Ugh I wish I would have looked in to this sooner before they scared me into paying $200!! They called me at work saying they were down the street and coming to serve me!!! They wouldn't even tell me what it was about at first and when I asked for a # they provided their number telling me to ask for ms. Kelly.  The guy has an accent and talks to you like your an idiot and unfortunately it worked.  I was horrified that my boss was going to hear me on the phone with them and ask me what it was about.  Anyone know the laws about them calling you at work? Just in case they do it again?

they chng their number 855-298-9525. I got a Gerald Jenkins calling and hounding me had for a minute. He call my house and left a message which my wife had heard but was kinda thinking a bill collector, but then call my mom's number and my aunt took it seriously.
I called them back, I myself trying to clean my debt gave them my card info. I think they were so surprised it work that they forgot to ask for the id from the back of card. When I spoke with them again I ask for some info to be emailed to me, they ask for the rest of my card info. I was given the run around for why it took 3 days to get an email and while on the phone with them I was given 3 different amounts to pay. I told them I would call them back I wanted to try and get some info on them glad I did.

Any debt that is 6 years or older...they can't collect on it.Check out where you live. I was hounded for my ex husbands debts and they can not do s*** to me!!

I have been getting these calls for a month...my husband got them for a year...I told themlast time they said they were taking me to jail....PLEASE I need a break and to be fed 3 times a day instead of suffering, LOL

She works for them!! Those who post like that WE KNOW are scammers themselves! They helped me or I owe more...they can keep calling and kiss my white a** while they are at it!! I'm not stupid enough to fall for it!!

I received a call on Feb. 28, 2010 from Mr. Chris Hagen.  He was going to coming by my home or work to serve me.  Long story short, I have paid this company $200.00 of the requested $300.00.  Only because I know I had a past due pay day loan and I am now interested in cleaning up my credit to purchase a home.  Something led me to believe this company is not legit. Then I found this site and read everyone's complaints. Contacted my local news channel for advice.  She advised me not to pay another dime, until I got more info.  Bottom line, these people are scammers.  The info I was provided with initally does not match the info I requested yesterday.  Please log onto www.ftc.com. That is the website for the Federal Trade Commission. They are a consumer protection agency.  File a complaint against this company!!!!

Got alot of calls from them for a cable bill from 1994 for an amount of 96$, ridiculous no after all that time and I atill am with same cable company and they haven't said anything about that . It's been 6. Months now and they are still tryoling to call me.. Not answering them for sure. I did get one letter 6months ago but aince them nothing but call!! Is it worth 96$?!?

I have been getting these calls for three days now. Today is supposed to be the day Mr. Chris Hagan (calling from this number) shows up to serve me. The scary thing is not that they say I owe money, but that I called the collection line and they have A LOT of my personal info. My SSN, my birthday, etc....  But they also have an addressed listed for me from years ago. When I said that the guy asked for an updated address and I told him absolutely not.

After doing some research I found that the company I supposedly owe the debt to is extremely shady! I do not recognize any of the names they operate under, and despite the threats of the amount increasing if I don't settle "today", I will be doing more research and contacting a lawyer before I even speak to them again.

they called me and told me on my voicemail that they had papers to serve me and he was coming to my place of work or my home on wensday the 22 then he called me today the 23 and said he would be seeing me sometime between 12 and 5 pm and then said goodluck you have been notifed

I got a call from a fellow claiming his name was Micheal Robbins(not sure on last name he said it so fast), claimed he was going to serve me court papers.  I told him to come on by as I would love to meet him in person.  The day came and went and he called again and moved the date out and gave me a number and case ID to call to get the details.

I pressed him for details on who he worked for and he claimed Regal Solutions.  I called the number and they read off someone with a close last name to mine and the last four digits of this persons SSN.  I told them it wasn't me and to never call again and they agreed not to bother me again.  So far I haven't heard anything.

I went ahead and activated fraud alerts with all the major credit bureaus, just incase someone has been trying to use my identity to try and open accounts.  I also check my credit and there where no new inquiries or accounts opened so i suspect this just shady creditor trying to track down people by harassing people with the same or close name.

My ex-husband posted an ad on craigslist and now these a**es are calling my daughters phone saying the same things you all are saying. He is going to come out between 12 and 5 to serve me and I better be available BLAH! I also get contact the claims center...ack ack ack...I work in a law office. I know that in the state I live in you first must mail correspondence then certify mail a notice of intent or right to cure, then after 30 days if no response, you can file a suit in court, then go the proper legal route, to get service and a judgment.  I work for a bankruptcy attorney so I know the law. Make sure for you that have debts over 6 years old, check your local statute of limitations. These people can be so harassing and try to scare the bejesus out of you. Just ignore them they have to abide by the law and actions can be taken by you if they do not follow the appropriate steps. No worries here, just tons of harassment. I dont answer the phone anymore..... It would suck if I had to sue someone who wanted to sue me....

He wont show up...he kept calling me and moving the date out...first it was Tuesday, then he was going to serve on Wednesday, then "before the weekend"...blah blah blah...long story short, he called for about a week, threatening to show, and can you believe it, he didnt show hahaha!!!  This happened many weeks ago, but I keep check on this thread to try and help others if needed.  This guys a joke...a JOKE!!!!

Received several calls from a woman  with an unknown no.telling me to call this number  855-321-6321 or a process server will be coming to my place of work or residence and said good luck with my call.
