If they don't hang up when I answer I tell them we don't have AT&T. Inform them the owner believes AT&T is the Satan of the telecommunications industry and won't consider switching unless they can beat $20.00 a month per phone and that includes taxes. When they ask who we're using I just make up a name and say beat the $20 in writing for a 3 year contract and he'll talk. They continue to call but you have to have some fun in this economy.

Called, asked to speak to the person in charge of the AT&T account. I said "Is this AT&T?" He says "I'm a representative of AT&T" I say "Yeah right" & hang up :) He calls right back. I answer with "Look, if the owner of the business wants to change, he'll call AT&T himself" & hung up again. I called AT&T directly & put a password & third party change block on our lines.
I also gave them this number & informed them of the voice prompts similar to theirs when you call. This should be against the law. It's deception & ridiculous

Yes, this is a company claiming to work for AT&T to help us with our business services. When you join ATT they input your information into a business listing, so you will get calls from all kinds of solicitors. Unfortunately this number (855-235-0200) can't be added to the national do not call registry, as it is not a registered number.

After telling them three times I didn't need any additional services, I hung up on them. This is one main reason we switched from AT&T years ago. All the third party solicitations.

THANK YOU to all message senders above. I will block this number. Maybe you have call blocking in your phone system also, and are not aware of it like I wasn't for a while.

They just called me AGAIN. (see above post for Gettin' Peeved)

BE CAREFULLLLLL....this is a subcontractor/salesagent who works for ATT. They ARE NOT part of ATT. They will rip you off and NOT save you money. Always call the main ATT number when making changes to your plans and services. Even the voicemail from this number is different than the real ATT voice promts. I made changes to my company's plan last year and when the bill arrived it was not what I ordered and ATT was never able to rectify the changes and I was told always deal directly with ATT and not a subcontracted sales agent who is looking to make a commission.

Calls daily. When I pick up, they hang up.

When I answered there was no response. Just dead air. I don't have time to sit on the phone and wait for someone to come on the line. You called me, so say something when I say Hello or you will get hung up on. Besides, I told ATT yesterday (called from this same #) that they need to call Corporate since they are the ones in charge of our phone bill. They should make a note of that instead of wasting my time and calling daily.

It is AT&T. They will go over your business plan with you and hopefully save you money.

AT&T. They hung up when I answered at my business, when calling back the rep explained the call was a courtesy to review plans and ensure the best value for us. She then proceeded to ask if I had a bill in front of me and if I knew our customer code.
Thanks, but no thanks!
