This actually might be legit. I had issues with cable tv reception, scheduled a service call and the caller was from TWC to see if problems still existed prior to service appointment.

It's a scam. The guy said he was from Time Warner but I recognized his voice as the guy that tried to scam saying he was from Microsoft.

I got a call from this number and they won't stop calling
