This number calls and when you answer, hoping to tell you to take them off there list. There is no one there. This S--t has to stop. If we have the technology to locate a nats a** by satellite we must be able to stop this kind of annoying s--t

I have a new number and have not given it out to any business. I keep getting calls from this number and no one is ever on the line if I pick it up. They will never leave a message on my answering machine.

They will remove you from "this promotion" within about 5 days.

So they will start calling again in the future for their next promotion.

Wells Fargo, "regarding a special promotion."

I do not accept unsolicited calls. Please remove me from you list. My telephone numbers are registered with Nationa Do Not Call list.

call the # back and listen to the msg and it will ask if you want to be removed.

after your phone rings once.

JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to
70 numbers, and can be set to always allow
up to 100specific friends to ring through.

i have used uniden dect 1285/1288 and it works.
i have used jf teck and it works til it broke after a year.

after giving citibank of new york my home phone number,
these[ 855-240-3443 wells fargo] people started calling.

[citibank was the ONLY individuals who had my fone number,
so that they would could conduct business with
me on  this particular home number.
i disconnected this home number to avoid 8552403443wells fargo.

i then gave citibank a new home phone number.
That new home fone number, no one had but citibank again.
THEN 866-344-7019wells fargo started calling .
NO ONE but citibank had this home fone number of mine.

i conclude that various companies, or just citibank of new york,
is using third parties[wells fargo] to check on various bank clients,
for various reasons during the course of their random,
anti-fraud programs.

needless to say citibank of new york does NOT
have my real home fone anymore. i tell citibank my number is
800-000-0000.

you can try giving your bank a particular number that
only your bank knows and see these same annoying calls!

I now use google voice free fone number service,
for all my non-family contacts;
so that all calls are now routed to google voicemail,
and i never pick up these voicemails nor hear my
fone ring.

Calls from 855-240-3443 are a pain in the b***!  Leave me alone!  I answer and no one is there and if I ignore them they keep calling.  Sometimes they call 3 times a day!!!

recieve call every  day about the same time.  Caller ID says toll free number.  No message left.

got a call at 830 in the evening, no one there.

We keep getting calls from this number, sometimes several times a day.  No one replies when you answer.  Caller ID lists "Unknown".

Wells Fargo Customer Solicition.  If you have any accts with them they may call you even if on DNC registry.  You may call them back and enter your number to be removed from list. recording states it may take 5 days to become effective.

Wells Fargo Customer Solicitation.  You may enter your data to discontinue being contacted.  Message says to please allow up to 5 business days for it to take effect.

File a complaint with the DNCR, then with the FCC (Federal Communication Commission).
