It's TWC and I've got the number flagged. Had paid thru my bank on-line but that doesn't stop them from calling or if they still show a balance, it doesn't stop them from insisting that you pay by credit card in order to "avoid disconnection" of services. Well I got news for them, as of tomorrow, we'll no longer be TWC customers and they can have all their crap back. Without adding any services, tiers, etc., our bill went from $143 to $169 a month (that's just HDTV and internet w/o Turbo.  Even though I been a customer for over 20 years, the last time there was about at $12.00 a month increase, even when I told them I was getting pricing for TV and internet, the best they could do was $3.00 rate reduction.

Got call from this number but when answered there was no answer and no background noise. When you call it back it answers after first ring and says it is time warner cable payment center, and they contacted you because there is a porblem with your account. As you listen it goes directly to prompts for payment through the phone... kinda  fishy if you ask me, since I no longer have Time Warner but Dish Network!

this does not mean you owe money. bill has been paid over a week. still harassing every morning 8 am on the dot

Called in payment from Europe and they never recorded it!!! So who has my debit card number ??? TWC has the worst customer service.

this is a scam. do not give them any info what so ever. this is NOT time warner cable. I found out the hard way. they took over 600$ out of my savings and checking. my bank bb&t is now tracking the account that my money was transferred too.

Yet another creepy lion roar or snore call from Time Warner. Have recorded the messages for playback with TW management.

this number has been calling our house and yesterday there was a 2 min and 50 sec message which sounded like a lion purring. it was creeepy!

Nothing but a slow lion roar over the course if 2 minutes!

Hiding behind a telephone and using a lions voice says that the caller is a chicken acting like a lion.

Left a message of a lion roaring over and over.  Makes no sense.

keep calling my phone and the message left is only backgroung noice. Once I answered in time and on one  said anything.

TWC calling me at me busness.  I told Mr. Squidward not to answer.  I don't want to give up me money.

I took the call b/c ID said Time Warner Cable and I had just paid my bill and thought something might be wrong.  However,  it was an automated survey asking questions on a 1 to 10 scale about how satisfied I was with my association with TWC.  Two minutes and it was over.

I wish it would all go to robocalling then you can simply hang up. Unless you track the number to see if it is a telemarketing company.

They called to say something was wrong with my cable account and wanted my ss # and bank info. TWC has all that info, so I hung up and called TWC directly to find that there was no issue with the account.

These people call me 3 times a day and hang up most always. Today they picked it up and i said no one lives here by that name and they said they are going to discount me and when i asked of what they would not tell me. Now i find out it's my cable company. This is horrible,my bill is paid,nice way to treat your customers Time warner

It's Time Warner Cable... you owe them MONEY.

TWC: account paid in full on time EVERY month. Their Receivables get screwed up when dropping services.

After getting too many robocalls from TWC for someone who left here six years ago, I called their "customer service" center and asked them to stop calling here as it was harassment. The CSR told me that they couldn't stop calling until the person they were looking for gave them permission not to call this number. Can you believe it? What utter BS!!!!!! I threatened legal action if it didn't stop, but she kept saying they wouldn't stop calling.

However, the calls dropped off after that. Now we get one about once a month, and they use different numbers. Always a recording nearly finished by the time it filters to me.

Personally, I'm thankful that Hulu makes cable obsolete.

Time Warner Cable - supposedly past due account even though the automated system from a different phone number for them says its current...but I can use the automated system to make a payment

Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no voice message.

It is Time Warner Cable calling..They have been blowing my phone up looking for the person that had this number before me...I called them back this morning and told them for the 10th time that I was not who they were looking for and to stop calling...we'll see if they listen this time.

Agency keeps calling, even though the account is paid up to date.
