I am an attorney pursuing CRG (Credit Recovery Group), learned very quicky thay the name I had to use for this lawsuit was PnL Agency L.L.C. the reason the owner uses 3 names and does not provide physical address is to prevent anyone from locating him for lawsuits or F.T.C. shutting them down. For everyone's info these are valid debts, the ammounts are very wrong, we learned that the owner applies any figure that he feels necessary to make him more money generally the figure we notice applied to many of these purchased debt os approximately $750.00-$850.00 keep in mind this is completely illegal. This is a very easy case as they violate about every FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) that exists so if the attorney you hire knows what he or she is doing its a guaranteed win.

This is a scam outfit calling every day saying they have are the CONSUMER RESEARCH GROUP with a Black Friday Special selling you their credit repair kit for $100.
It's total b-s, doesn't work (none do... if you don't pay your bills on time, your credit will suck).
I have blocked their call but it still gets through to my voicemail which is a pain.

I get 5 calls a day on three different phone lines.  Love to meet them in a dark ally.

This number has been calling me for the last 9 months - explain to them I am not interested but they continue to call multiple times.  I have requested to be removed from their calling list and was told that it would take 72 hours but that did not happen.  Therefore I contacted a friend in DC who contacted them yesterday.  The first lady (Hispanic) was rude and spoke very fast - I keep requesting to be removed and she transferred to somewhere that had nothing to do with the situation.  I called back again and got the same lady who was again very rude and just hung up on me.  The third time I called back I spoke with a Dylaia (?) id# 1101 who started to apologize for the way the representative treated me and stated that it will take up to 72 hours to remove the number.  In the meantime I will report their company to the BBB and FCC.  NOONE should have to tolerate company's who don't understand what the words, "Do not call here again and remove my number from your listing!".  I am currently registered on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  They go by 2 names:  The Consumer Research Group and the Credit Repair Group. They are breaking a lot of laws therefore to everyone - contact the BBB and FCC - the company is based out of California and with a little research I found out that the company  Entity Name is  Consumer Research Group LA LLC (there is no such name as the Credit Repair Group on the website of California Secretary of State.  Their entity number is 201320510481 and agent for service of process was Anna Carmona (KNOWLEDGE IS POWER).  Now I will proceed to contact FCC but also the Secretary of State in California and place a complaint.

This number calls me everyday. It's got to be a scam. All of the Sudden I'm getting all these damn phone numbers call me everyday. I called the number back and it's a company called CR G And they advertise credit repair. Hell no

They have been calling for almost 2 years now on my cell, regardless of being on don't call list and calling several times to be removed. Supposedly every time we call to be removed, it tells the system our phone number is active and starts calling more. My mailbox keeps getting filled and am missing actual voicemails. I want them to pay.

I went to this link and sent my information, hopefully they will start a class action lawsuit against this company that keeps calling my phone. Maybe if enough of us complain it will help.

I've contacted this group multiple times to have my number taken off of the list. They either hang up on me or "transfer" me to another department, which takes you to another recording. I've also put my number on the Do Not Call registry, but it hasn't taken effect yet. This is getting a little ridiculous and very annoying!

Spoke with a Mr. Williams and asked him to quit calling my number. He demanded that I tell how to get hold of somebody that I didn't know. I explained to him that I did not know anybody in or out of my family with the name that he gave. He stated that I was a liar and that he was going to send the officers over to get me and I said go ahead. After the conversation I have not received another call. He used to call daily. I believe it's a scam.

go to www.optoutprescreen.com and fill out the information. Also you can call the number back and request to be removed - it takes about 72 hours so dont call back in or you automatically end up back on the call list.

They call several times a week. I have blocked them on my phone so I just get voicemail messages; however, I requested to be removed from their call list Four (4) times.
When I call, I get (rudely) transferred to a recording stating that my number is being removed, yet starting a few days later I start getting calls again and again.
I wait 1 - 2 weeks between calls to them in hopes of being removed by the autocall system.

Got a call from 855-241-4474 this morning.  My phone ID'ed as "Toll Free Caller".  I do not answer these calls.  Surprised that this one left a message!  "Colleen" talked rapidly and said something like "we missed a call from this number yesterday......" Needless to say, I know that no one here called that number yesterday, or any other day in the 8+ years we've had our home phone number!

how do I report this company

I've been put on their do-not-call list 3 times... they have not stopped calling-almost every day more than once!   And they keep playing a Black Friday special message it's summertime.  Insane... They should be sued.

(855)-241-4474 several times a week, my problem is everytime they call, they lock my phone, can't get fon calls, from my work, I on call 24 hrs a day, and my son has poulsy slow learning process and I has to be 100% with him, I have a couple emergency call  from the school were he go, the very first one he falls and he twist ankle, and the people from the school can't get a hold of me because this number(855)-241-4474 block my cell phone, were about if for some reason my son dies, that's besides to get fire in my job, because this number, I wish the personnel from this number, to be a little conscient to what they doing. A person can die.... because their bussinnes. Thank You Very Much.

FYI I found out how they called. If at any time you or the person that may have had your phone numbe before you did called the credit repair group. It keeps your phone number and calls. Thebway they look at it is thisbway. More then half the people in the US that has bad bad credit has a wish to clear it up fast. And those type of people are deaperate to better his or her life and they do not have the means to stop or file a law suite to stop the calls. You can call and list your number with the Do Not Call Registry every day. It will not stop them it only works for solicitation businesses. If you call the Credit Repair Group before because of their commercial then you have to call them to be removed.  Then that is not a guarantee that these false advertising a***oles will stop. They pray on good hard working people who just want tovmake their lives better. Anyone can get negative reports removed from his or her reports by them self if they do it themselves.  Good luck people.

Infuriating. I'm on the do not call list. I've called them 3 times and told them not to call all to no avail they keep calling. How do I report them to the gov agency?  I need to do that now

go to www.donotcall.gov and register a complaint!!  I called the number of the caller and asked to be taken off their call list.  First they ignored me, then they were rude.

Doesn't matter.  These mother f**kers keep calling from different numbers anyway.  I get calls from them every week.
