So on your letter, you should also have a real legal address for this company.. how about posting it up!

Hey Erin did you receive a check from a man telling you that you had to cash it and send him back the money and you were suppose to send the rest back to him? I cashed the check and then I got suspicious and I called the Bank were it came from and they told me someone hacked into their system and stole over 15000 checks. And after I sent the guy the money I couldn't get a hold of him. Is this similar to your situation

A guy named Scott Cole called my sister and my sister in law leaving message after message, just saying that it is important. ...not what it's about.  This is harassment and I will be reporting it. This is the number he left 716-418-7311.

I have been getting threatening phone calls about "a debt I owe." from Western Arbitration Company.  The debt is NOT MINE.  Someone use my phone # as a point of contact, and every other month, I get a message about "legal action...they're either coming to my house or they are on their way to the courthouse with a supeona.  When I call return the call to the company to inquire about "my debt", they don't have my name in the system (discover it's not me) and they blow it off.  Well now I'm totally uspset because of the ugly message on MY voicemail, and I don't even get an apology from the caller.  One time a female literally cursed me out when I told her not to ever leave a message like that on my phone again.  She said "b....ch f.... you!" and hung up the phone  So of course I called back and now we are in a cursing match about a debt that's not even mine.  I wish I could file some type of charges against this company becuase of the frenzy I get sent into after every call.  Number on my caller ID (214) 431-3696

I felt that they were professional and gave me everything I needed in writing and also provided me with a paid letter as well. Simple and easy. I took the money, I had to pay it back sometime. Gave me 4 months to pay it back too and waived a bunch of fees for me.

I got the same call today 2/18/14

This guy called me from Western Arbitration Management stating I owe over 1100 dollars to a pay day loan from a bank account I don't even have. The social wants mine and the month if the birth date was wrong. He threaten on my phone to drop a supenia off to my job and my home, and I would be sued, but when I called the number back he was trying to help me resolve the problem that wasn't mine. I asked him the social he gave me some social that wasn't even close to mine, then I was like were can I fax a copy of my birth certificate and social security card to he was like just email it to this guy I was like that don't sound right. He was like well im not going to tell you to send your information in but they might think your lining I was ok what ever then.
