Let's straighten this out for anyone checking on this number. The callers are miserable call center cretins who are paid less in a week than the average American earns by lunch time on any given day. They're taught some legal sounding terms and use them to try to scam gullible people. They occasionally succeed. Which then has the effect of them thinking they're crafty & leads them to think they can post some BS here & get away with it. They always encounter a regular here, who promptly shuts them up & exposes them for the frauds they are. As, you will see, is going to be the case in this case.

Why does everybody think every phone call is a scam in this site some people are real stupid this is an actual company with your county that you live in, you are really being sued for some debit you may have. I suggest you call them and just ask what debit am I being sued for if you still believe this is a scam retards lol .,, I was being sued and this company called me and I actually found out it's really not a scam so I had me and my lawyer come up with a plan for repayment ... Don't pay your bills this is Wha happens :)

Don't waste your time. Its a scam!!! If you have ever applied for a pay day loan they somehow have gotten people's info and are trying to scam them out of money. What number did they call from?

Left message about a complaint against my ss number.

Should I call this number 1 855-244-5358?  Someone left me a voice mail requesting I call (or have my legal counsel call) about a complaint related to my SS#?  I hesitate to even call the number because it sounds like such a scam but I want them to stop calling me.

The calls have been coming in on my cell daily for a few weeks. The massage states its from Alternative Accusations or Acquisitions?  Marie's accent is hard to understand.  I answered today and she got real angry when I took over asking the questions. Bottom line is its scam. The case number they say they have is one they have clearly made up. Don't be concerned and certainly not fooled into sending money.

Some guy called and left a voice message telling me his name is Thomas Riley and he's from the Fairfax County Court that I have a summon that needs to be signed and didn't leave any info on what was the summon for and telling me he's gonna have to show up at my work or house if I don't respond to the phone number and he left the phone number and company name that I have to call so he doesn't show up at my work or home lol

I received a call stating that I will be getting sued for a loan I never taken out from an unknown company.

I have been receiving phone to my home and cell phone saying that I will get papers severed to me at my job or home between 4pm and 6pm. They have been calling me for almost 2 weeks now.
