I GOT A CALL FROM CLARK ALSO ABOUT A LOAN I TOOK OUT 2012 BUT I NEVER DID

I received a call from 843-473-7905. The man that left the message said his name was Clark, and that he was from Nation Wides Location and Tracing. He called ME looking for my son. He asked if I would call him back TODAY at: 855-244-9370, gave an extension number. I don't know who they are or why they want to reach my son, but I'm NOT going to call them back. If they want him bad enough they can find him themselves!

submit a complaint online to consumer finance.gov to stop these people from harrassing you.

I have mine almost paid off and they say I didn't I have documentation to prove it is going to be paid off scammers.

Call the FTC they are not suppose to harrass you

They say there a  for payday loans that arent paid off becareful because I am paying off my loan and they say that it is not right.   I have documentation to prove it.

Yes I did and I am paying on the real loan and almost have it paid off

also use number 866-306-9430 yesterday 4 calls 2 minutes today 8 calls in 11 minutes

They keep calling me also saying they need my address for place of employment. Now they are calling my family but when I call the number to tell them to.stop I.just get a vm.

Called a few days ago giving me one and only one chance to give them my address and employment. Called again today to give me another chance.

They sound like extortionist scammers - long on (illegal) threats and short on actually MAILING the details!

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.
For extortion Scam Operations, file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

And folks should consider looking at maybe getting call blocking device or phone....you can Google them and many are around $60 or so.

Keep calling for person they does not reside in my home. This person dies not have anything to do with me. Callers are very nasty and arrogant. Making all kinds of threats yo collect a debt that is not mine.

These people keep calling me as well and I do not know these people. They left a message and threaten to call my place of employment and the law to verify my address.

They left a message on my VM today asking me to return their call. They said my name then they said they were looking for a Marvin Garvis. I have never heard of such person.
