same thing Concerned. over two months of calls now. from a local # but it had a "+" sign indicating that it is an addition, such as an extension. Now it is an "unknown number." guess i will keep ignoring it. my latest message inferred that i had won a contest and needed to verify my location. i have a new tracfone with an unregistered # and have not shared it with any site other than Menard's giveaway.

I received DOZENS of calls from this number which showed up on my phone as - Unknown, Blocked, or the best is the one that has (615) 246-4302 like it's a local number, but it gives (855) 245-3449 as the call back contact.  The first couple weeks it was a recording saying  they wanted my address to serve court papers by friday - and this call came everyday including Friday - REALLY?   The second was today , it was a woman saying her name was Miss Reese and she needed to hear from me w/ in 24 hrs to resolve this or I would be served papers at my home or place of employment. She said I had pending charges against my social security number.   These calls from these numbers have been coming for months and they sometimes say they are investigations, they are going to arrest me in 24hrs, they are searching for me and I need to confirm an address and location. etc.

I recieved a call from this number, well actually the call shows up as NO CALLER ID. Then they leave a message to call the number 855-245-3449. In the message they are relaying to me that this is their FINAL attempt to contact to me to get my home address address or work address so that I may be served with paperwork Friday morning. I decided to finally answer the call and tey said I owed $200 plus $200 in interest and late fees for a payday loan from 3 years ago. The payday loan is already showing on my credit report. The person on the phone attempted to set up payment arrangements and wanted me to give them my credit card number without supplying me with any kind of documents showing I owed this debt. When I wouldn't give him my information he told me to be aware I would be getting served at my job in an hour.. That was 2 weeks ago and they are still calling me to get an address to serve me SMH.

No - and no one ever will.  These guys are criminals, and like all criminals, they engage in lies, deceit and illegal behavior.  Empty scare tactic threats.

They are low-life bottom-feeding scum who are not even licensed to do business in the States they try to collect in (and for debts that don't even exist).  I just wish I could get a 911 address for them so I could turn it in with my complaints to authorities.

Turn them into your State's Attorney's office and your State Attorney General's office.  Then go on about your life with no worries.

These guys are real low-lifes.  Their last message left for me (I never answer these calls) was actually a live person who identified himself as being from my local county government office.  Message said it was his LAST (emphasis his) attempt to contact me (interesting since it has always been a robo-call) or he will send an officer out to arrest/serve me papers (he actually said both - apparently not remembering what he said the first time).  I called my local county government office (who I do work for the court systems from time to time) to advise them this joker actually said he was from their office and was able to speak to the State's Attorney's Office.  They verified it was not their number and asked my permission to call them.  They also asked me to call the Attorney General's office.

The lady I spoke with told me this same thing happened to her father, and she was not happy about it.  I sure wish they would they have let me listen in on that phone call when they made it . . . . . . .

I do know that when the State Attorney's Office called them, they identified themselves as PDA Group to her.

I get the same calls. Haven't ever answered them. I figure if it was important enough there would be an actual human on the line, not an automated message. The calls are getting fewer and farther between. Besides if they want to serve me, they have to pronounce my name right, which they can't seem to do, so...

Thanks for the feedback I also filed a comment on the 615-988-9852 number that is automated stating that legal papers needed to be served and the call back number was 1-855-245-3449 PDA Group and when I called the 615-988-9852  number back the same message for PDA group came on and said due to the high levels of call I would need to leave my name and number. This is day 2 of these messages - Has anyone actually been served anything from this group?

I have received the same exact message from 855-245-3449. The number is coming up as an unkown number. I let the call go into voicemail which is where i received an actual phone number. It is a total scam. I have been a victim multiple times so i don't even answer the phone calls anymore. Once they realize that you are not feeding into their scam, they will stop calling.

Same old scam.  They just called me too and I have no outstanding loans and I've received  nothing in the mail or on my credit report.  They changed to this number on 4/20 to avoid detection.  A recorded message that provides no information about who's calling.  They want you to press zero to be connected to a live agent so they can attempt to pressure you in to paying them money.   If they were in fact a process server or a collection company, they would NOT call you, they would just show up at your house and serve you by now.

I'm a retired cop and I've served hundred's of process papers over the years.  We don't call you to locate you, we know where you are.  These guys have bought credit data from some scum bag sites and are trying to extort money from you.  It may be from an actual payday type loan that you didn't pay, but they still have no teeth in their collection practices, otherwise they would have served you by now .. plus, you would be getting US Mail with similar notifications and dings on your credit report.  The fact that they only use the phone with spoofed caller ID's is an alert that they are a third party collector without the actual contract in hand to make it legal.  They use fear tactics on the uneducated.  Don't fall for it.  Have fun with them and watch how mad they get.

1. Ask for debt validation thru the US mail.  They will not send it because they do not have it.
2. Ask for their 911 address/not PO box - they will not provide it because it will point to their actual location.
3. Press *67 on your phone to eliminate spoofed ID's and private numbers.  Your phone calls will slow down.
4. Do not give them any information trying to prove you do not owe it.  keep asking for item 1 above.
5. Request a phone trap on your line from your phone company due to harassment.  This will help ID their location.
6. Turn the tables - ask them for information.  Company name, address, Office number - you wont get it.
7. Stop placing personal information on the internet.. that's how they find you. Facebook is the worst..

Report the number to the FTC.  If enough people do that, the FTC will investigate.  They will not investigate individual complaints, only one's with 100plus complaints and more.  This is why they guys keep changing their numbers.

If it's a real collector, they will be glad to give you any information you ask for.  They will also ALWAYS state this is an attempt to collect a debt etc.. The scammers don't do that too often.. good luck
