Recd the same call from a ""Athena Andrews" who does not know the law" She is a very unprofessional individual.
l. She states "charges against you" and gives you a case number which is not valid
2. Breaks Federal Law by calling my supervisor and advises process server is on the way
3. Process servers "Do not call in advance" they surprise you. If this was a valid collection agency
they would send the require documentation to your home stating the debt and original creditor
4. I called back and they refused to give their address, but will take off $200.00 from amount owe
if you paid them that second and they will cancel the process server

Truth in Caller ID Act of 2009

FCC Rules

Exempt authorized activities by law enforcement agencies and situations where courts have authorized

A woman named Athena Andrews has been harassing me at work beceause she can't contact me at home. She claims to want to serve me papers for a company that hired her, but refuses to give further info. The papers she claims are for an assult charge (but the police isn't involved). Gave several tel #'s 855-245-4893, 866-941-6497 were some. She's very rude and doesn't care who she harasses within my work place.

Did they ever "serve" you papers. They refused to mail me anything or give theor address. They say they are in California so it does not matter.

A woman named Athena Andrews called me and said that I have "charges" against me and I need to call her back and give her my home address and place of employment. If this was a legitimate company, they wouldn't hesitate for a minute to mail me a copy of these so-called "charges". I googled Ms. Andrews and found out a lot of useful information. THEY CALLED ME BUT THEY WOULDNT SAY WHO THEY ARE.OR TELL ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY.THEY SAID I HAVE A CPURT DATE, I NEVER RECIEVED PAPER WORK AT ALL.

They call my workplace asking if I work there and my where abouts. And the person told my supervisor that I would know what is this case about? (giving her case number, phone number of Nation Wide.) And they told her that they are going to deliver a paperwork for me at my workplace.
