I received a call from a very rude Keith Rivers from a phone number of 405-367-0097. He stated in a gruff manner that he needed to speak with a (_insert name ) and that he was needing to know an adress to serve legal charges on her. I asked what it was about and he said " You don't know what it is about?" And then proceeded to ask for an address. I told him when he could explain who he was and what he wanted in a professional manner he could call back. I then hung up. He called back and again was as rude as before. I hung up. He left a voicemail on my answering mail giving me the phone number 1-855-245-6122 and a case #.  I did not call this number and instead decided to look the number up. After reading the previous comments, I think I will just let them fret. I know I am not. Hahaha

This number continues to call a business asking for one of the employees. When told we do not accept personell phone calls.She hangs ups and calls right back threatening and said she will be at our location within an hr. I ask her not to call she continues to call. I told her if she shows up at our location we would call the police.  She said her name is Mary Walker.

I work at a major retailer in HR and for the last few days I received many threatening phone calls from a Jessica Turner, claiming to be an Independent Locator . she says she needs to talk to an employee regarding a charges and would like to know if he is there so she doesn't waste her time coming down to charge him. When I explain our procedure of her going through the local police dept and following their protocol, she becomes very combative and starts threatening me.I also explained to her our policy regarding pulling employes from their jobs to take care of there personal business and she would need to reach whomever at their home.  She then says I am going to be arrested for obstructing her her investigation. She also swears that  one of my supervisors, by the same first name as the person she is looking for; is the person she  needs to charge, and starts harassing him.  She threatened that she would come down today and arrest us for lying. Of course no one came. I wonder if she knows she is breaking the law in regards to the The Fair Debt Collection Act. She needs to be investigated.

Today, received a threating call from investigators hired by Nationwide.  They threatened me with lawsuit and arrest by a firm.  This is my last warning before they give the firm my address they have verified and found to be where I reside.  They have a case number and a tele number they telephoned from is 1-210-556-1736.  The telephone number I am suppose to call if 1-855-245-6122.  I will not receive any more warnings they will be at my door to arrest me.

Sydney Andrews,  has been calling both me and my employer (leaving voicemails about me on my boss' voicemail) for days from the number 417-717-1984.  She said she has papers to serve on a legal matter...has threatened to show up at my work place.   She gave me the phone number to 855-245-6122 to call about this matter.  I called this number and talked with one of the most rude people I have ever encountered, "Kayla Pennington".  She fed me a line..stating she talked to my husband last week, when I told her I don't have a husband her story changed, she then said she spoke with me last week.  I told her I want all calls stopped to both me and my employer and that I want documentation of what they are calling about.  When I told her they are in violation of several laws by calling my employer and divulging personal information she hung up on me.  I immediately called the 855-245-6122 number back and asked for "Kayla Pennington" and was told they have no one working there by that number..imagine that.

Lady named Brandy claims she owns the company Nationwide Collection Agency, I asked for her supervisor and she hung up on me.  Called her back and after some further discussion she hung up on me again.  Typical collector, when the find out they have the wrong person they hang up on you but 6 months from now when they still haven't found the person they call again.  If anyone finds out where this company is post it so we can contact the BBB and their county attorney.  I don't believe based on the fair debt collections act they can leave the information they are leaving on a message.

Voice message from 1-855-245-6122, telling me this was my final opportunity to telephone Nationwide to find out all of the charges against me by a firm, Nationwide had no choice but to give the firm my address on file and the firm will be serving me lawsuit papers.  Nationwide warned me again this was my final notification.

yes i got the call at my job and she threatened legal charges but wouldn't tell me what the charges are for, just gave me another number to call and case number. she was very rude with me and my co worker when i hung up on her she called back. then hung up on my co worker

Some lady called me saying i was gonna get served in 45 minutes....or something LOL she didnt tell me very much....but she gave me this number to call.

Threatened with legal matters; left the phone number which isn't local.    It is not toll free I called the number to get more details and I had to dial 1 to get through.  On top of that it doesn't concern me but I was curious because a message was left on my phone.
