Unwanted calls related to an indentified summons

Ignore 'em.  Total scam.

Called and left threatening voicemail regarding "pre legal" action. I am concerned someone may have stolen my identity.  Has anyone actually received any collection documents from this company?

said they had legal documents, liars, said they were a delivery service liars, said I am in serious legal trouble and I needed to respond ASAP LIars liars, liars  true company name LV and associates, lame , scammers, just call me and tell me the truth

Shady debt collectors. Lying about trying to deliver something to me (supposely from Nationwide Delivery Service) called my old business number saying they have been trying to deliver a package (of legal documentation). LIES LIES LIES! Don't trust them. He stated that it "looks" like legal documentation for me too. Nonsense! Don't trust these liars.

Horrible people.  I called them back and the gentleman that I spoke with was suppose to send me an email with the information in regards to the debt that I supposedly owed from 4+ years ago and settlement information along with a way to contact him to set up the payment and I have yet to receive that email.

just recieved a call from this # today at work saying i owe x amount of money and i need to pay 25% today or will be turned over to DA and its a federal offense..??? who are these people?? is this a scam??? they wont even give me any info for what is for just want all my info..and were very rude

Called me and it showed up as my husband calling me.  Supposedly have some "legal documents" for my husband.  Strange that they call and my husband's number pops on my phone, can give a phone & case number but can't tell me who the "papers" were filed by.

thanks  I have stage 4 cancer and have been getting harassing calls about delivering a package also, so has my mother.  They shouldn't be allowed to be untruthful and harassing, This may be a medical debt that hasn't gone through my secondary insurance.

These people are calling and harassing me at home and work I don't know why or what they want.

This man James Taylor (supposely from Nationwide Delivery Service) called my work number saying they have been trying to deliver a package (of legal documentation) from LV & Associates in Corona, CA to an address that is undeliverable (it was my former work location address). He stated that it "looks" like legal documentation - I would not disclose my physical street address and he proceeded to refer me to the 855.247.0621 phone number with a file number - These people have NO business calling my work.... And they attempted to make it sound like they were the delivery service....

This place called my ex husband who I have not been married to in over 20 yrs! What a piece of crap!!

These people are shady and threatening. Debt collectors who are rude and aggressive. They are after old debts and won't stop calling until you at home, work and mobile.

These people are lying weasels.  They?ve been calling my number for months for a person that I don?t know? I?ve had this number for more than eight years.  (must be a fairly old debt they?re chasing).  I don't mind one call... but it's been consistent for months and in spite of asking them that they not continue to call - they do.

Rcvd a call from this number left a message saying they are with document service division county of orange referenced a case number and called my work receptionist and left messages.

I have recieved calls from this number saying that they have a package to deliver to me, but me nor my wife ordered anything.
Since they could not contact me, they called my brother to call me about delivering the package. Who are these people?

Recieved a call and a voice mail. I t is a company known as LVNV associates. They are as best as I can tell owned by Resurgent Capital Services out of S.C. They are a junkdebt buyer. THey are rude and theatening.
