These people keep calling me and threating me everyday. I have no clue what they are talking about.. Please tell me to stop calling me at work.

Got a call from this number annabela said she would be out this wed. to talk to me about a letter of intent her callback number is 1855-247-1846. The number that was on my phone was 1-855247-6846

I just got a voice message but my phone did not ring, The guy said his name was Lonzo Collins, but he could not even get his words out right.  He said he recieved some papers and I am to go in on tuesday to sign for a certified mail.  Into where??????? He didn't even give me a company name or where I am suppose to get this paper.  He also stated that I need to call this #855-247-1846. I called it and it just kept ringing.

I keep receiving call from 855-247-1846 stating that they have papers to serve me and I am being served this Friday. Waiting for the server to be serve. Full of b***s***.

Thesese guys are scam artist and rentless. Ask them for a business address and phone number and they will hang up on you.

received a call today from an unknown number & a man stating to be, "Michael Robetson". He said he was calling as a claim is being filed against me, however he could not give me any information. Instead he told me I needed to call the number above & give all my personal information along with the claim number he gave me to the person who answered the phone. Nice try as I do not owe anyone money, I pay all my bills & I will NEVER give my personal information to anyone over the phone!!

I got a call at work from a 911, thinking it's an emergery, at least thr ID number came up on the telephone.  Once I got on the phone it was a person sayuing that they were going to serve me court paper.  The person did not give me his name, but gave me a case # and a phone number of 855-247-1846.  I called the # and talked with a Brett and I explained to him that someone called me from a similar # a couple of months ago stating that I owned the same bill.  well I told Brett that I had turned all the information over to my lawyer and the investigator, because they had got me a couple of years ago for the sdame bill and I thought that they were scam artist and they needed to be investigate.  The first time the company name was ASC, second time it was ARC and now it"s ACC.  So do not give anyone your bank information.  I called the company where I had owe the bill and they said that I still owe on the bill and that whar really made me started to wonder that the people who was calling was scam artist.  I did received a letter the second time, saying my monthly payments and how long I would be paying and it gave me a phone # if I had any concern, so I called the # and got a voice mail, so I did leave a # that they could call me back but never got a response.  Plus the letter they send me had two different types of font, so that what really made me start wondering

"Chris Johnson" has been calling me at work, at home, at my parents home, at my grandparents home when they were alive, ongoing since my divorce. When I was finally stressed to the point where I was willing to pay something, anything, just to get him to leave me alone, I was told that he would need a payment, any payment, before he could tell me who he was collecting on behalf of. So...he wanted me to pay anything, even $10, but he didn't want to tell me what I was paying for?!?!  He has, at one point, called my director of HR (an attorney) and told him that he was on his way to my employer to serve me. At this point, I was completely fed up, as this was after I was willing to work with him and he wouldn't work with me. I traced the number back to a check advance business...they said this was their debt collector. I told them I hadn't taken a check advance, and that his phone calls to my employer were 110% illegal.  Their customer service lady agreed and told me that if it wasn't my check advance, to just "allow him to serve me at work" and we could work it out after the fact. I was actually so mad I was WAITING for him to show up... that was a year ago. Never have seen anything from him. My attorney sent him a cease and desist letter, so he did quit calling my employer. Now he harasses my family instead, scaring them. They fear I'm going to go to jail or get sued by this guy. I don't know how to make it stop

Dont worry about this number calling Barb, I just checked the so called process server in. Called me advised me they had a papers to serve on me, so I said really, where are you trying to serve them too? I've been a process server, I never called people I just showed up at their door. I proceeded to ask, what county is it filed in he said Milwaukee, so I asked him to hold while I look it up on my laptop. He gave me a 3 digit case number, WI case number star with the year they are filed such as 2002,  so I knew he was lying. So as I proceeded to run my name in the court case search I politely told him that the gig was up and this basically was a scare tactic to swindle some money out of me, that you will not get. In addition, how are you serving me in Milwaukee when I don't reside in the state and haven't in several years. Also, get your facts straight before you call me and don't lie because I will call you out. I suppose I won't get anymore anonymous calls. Most companies by debt for a 0.01 on the dollar what you may have owed that company. In addition, it's there duty to try and collect their money and make a profit. Scam artists.

Got A call today12/11/12 from a man who said his name was Jeremy Miller, and needed me to phone the legal offices to discuss fraud charges pending against me and if I did not respond they would be out to my home to serve me a summons to appear in court . been dealing with this crap for several years  now and will not give  a name of their company  and numbers are different each time they call.

They just called me to.  Called me friday saying they were coming out Monday but then they just called again saying that they will come out tmrw between 12-5 unless they hear otherwise.  I have been dealing with ppl like this for over 2 years.  These ppl are listed far away from here so if they think im dumb saying there going to be here tmrw its such bs.  I have gotten calls alot and most have a indain ethnic accent but these guys dont which is scary.  Few months ago a guy like this called and i called back and he said they dont give out documentation at all.  So i hung up checked google and said was a scam and BBB showed that the company wasnt even there.  Red flag big scam

That sounds like they may be the Cable Guy.  I wouldn't worry about anyone showing up.  That seems to be a popular scare tactic used by the lackies to get people to do things in haste without thinking.   Even if someone did show up,  wanting a signature,  no one has to sign anything and it would be an opportunity to tell him to p-off.

They left 2 messages on my phone for my ex-husband.Dec. 5th and 6th 2012.  Funny part is Ive been divorced for 11 yrs. from him and he was even remarried since then. My phone number is also unlisted. I was trying to figuire out if this is some kind of scam or are they an actual debt collector.They stated that they had paperwork for him to sign for and he was on their schedule and they will be coming to his home. and as above they claim they would be showing up between 12 and 5.The name they left was Alonzo Collins.

got a call from this number on 11/19/12, 11/20/12 and 11/21/12 and the last one they said they would be out to my work or home between 12-5 to deliver my paperwork. the funniest part is that the first message, the rep said his name was Michael Roberts then the 2nd time the same guy said, umm my name is Jeff Fisher and then the last time he was Michael Roberts again.  doesnt make sense. and by the way, no one came out here.

These are the same idiots that also use (866)797-5040 and state they are coming out to serve me.  If you call back the 1846 number they answer as Federal Billing Investigations.
