I've been receiving at least two calls a week for the last month from this number, so I finally called back. The auto-attendant informed me that I'd reached Time Warner Cable's promotions department. That would make sense because I dropped them about a month ago. What's odd is that I have a new phone number through a new provider. So how did they get my number?
They have been calling my business line several times a week without leaving messages.
Called the number back, hit 0 for an operator. Gave my number to have removed. Was told it takes up to 30 days to remove a number - because of 'the system'. With today's technology, I think that is BS.
Also apparently with being a former customer, the DNC doesn't apply. Hmmm there is a reason why I am a former customer.
I will never talk to these losers male/female - get a real job guys! I love to answer and hang up on them, makes my day - LOSERS
They called here again this morning! I refused to answer, but god damn it! I'm going to call back and bi*** them out. I don't want your service!!!
They screwed me when I had them. Told them I only wanted the basic package and they gave me premium. I also told them I didn't want a box and they gave me a box and charged me for it. I didn't pay and they cut me off, oh well, I do not know why they are calling me with their promos
Please do not call my phone number again. If I want your service I know where to call, however at this time I do not want any Time Warner and may never if these calls keep coming. A total annoyance and inconvenience.
This is Time Warner Cable's Promotions Department! I had to remove a friggen number from my Verizon call block to add them, considering I told them on THURSDAY that we DIDN'T WANT ANY! Don't piss me off Time Warner! I'm having serious back issues...degenerative disk disease in fact...and I don't need this crap from telemarketers, spam callers, etc.!
