It's legitimate, I checked with Premera calling the customer service number. Apparently there others caller calling them too, to verify the call is legitimate.

Got a call twice at work now from an automated caller giving this number. Says it's Premera Blue Cross. Would be curious to know if it actually is or if it's phishing.
