I got a letter with the Rosetta Stone logo (incorrectly added to the letter) that was not signed by anyone and threatening me with regards to my owing them money in arrears and that I had to call 855-255-7787 by Friday or they would take legal action and it would affect my credit rating.  I went up to RS to make sure all my info was still up to date, which it was, and then searched for this phone number to see what was going on.  Its clearly someone that has hacked into RS and gotten just enough info on their customers to sound like they know what they are talking about.  I'm contacting RS tonight to find out what's gong on and asking how my personal information got out to someone that's able to pull these scams without RS ever having notified me.

I received email linking this number to Rosetta Stone website, saying my credit card expired and I need to call to update my card number.  Be aware....

Got a call from someone leaving this number in their message. The caller had a thick spanish accent and i could hear everything in the message clearly EXCEPT for the company he was calling for. They said I had an account past due.
