I'm from GA, they did come to my house and served some papers from bad check enforcement from some payday loan place. So  I dont know if this the same thing but I called about it myself.

I just received a call from Mr. Little and he threatened me about giving him my credit card number. He said someone gonna come to my work or residence.Does anyone know this is legit? Please someone let me know thanks.

I received the same call today June 2, 2014.  It's a scam. He says his name is Andre Little and says his company placed money into your acct and accuses you of check fraud. If you don't fall for his crap he calls you a loser says he will go to your place of employment blah blah blah.  He's a scammer.
