Hy coni call me when u get this mesg xap

I have a man with a Indian accent saying his name is Barry Cooper from BCI asking for one of our employees that works out of another location that I cannot give the phone number to. This man has called me at least 20 times in 5 minutes asking for this man. I've told him I've given the employee the message and I can't make him call back and he says I don't care. He just keeps calling! So I just keep hanging up on him. I've called back and it stopped the calls for a few days but then he'll call and tie up 2-3 phone lines redialing me.

I just called the number a bunch of times to see how he liked it. He got pretty pissed. When I asked where I was calling he got nasty right away and said he was from the legal department of United cash Loans. I mean come on he answers the phone just hello???

I got the same call also. Said his name was Dustin Carter, hmm Indian with such an Ameican Name, lol. All a a scam. Since when does a lawyers office have arresting rights??? And no one is going to call you before they serve you. Plus debt is a civil crime not a criminal offense...

A man with a Thick India Accent called me with collection call this first occured on 4/2/2013 using a Blocked number traced to West Hollywood CA the Number is 1-818-200-1343 He said my Name and Social Secyrity number came up in A Investigation by the Federal Investigative Service. He would be suinig me the second contact was on May 24th 2013 this time the same India accent said his name was Samuel Brewster an Arizona State Sheriffs Office Deputy Sheriff and that I had to contact the complaining officer for Info on the case. Arizona doen't have a State Sheriffs Office. He said The Complait had been sent to my Home address nothing had been sent. Again the same West Hollywood Blocked Number. The next occured from the Same guy same Accent 0n May 29th 2013  he was this time He claimed to Be Robert Wood with the Law Firm of Calvin & Travis in Boca Raton FL threated to sue me and Garnish my wages I had two days to call him back or else prepare for the legal concequences 1 516-288 1515 another blocked Number that can't be called a new york exchange. The call back was 1 561 235-7900. He's not a lawyer in any database in the U. S. The last contact was 11:27am on June 5, 2013 He now posed as Nick Anderson from the Legal Department of Investigation and that I had to call him back today at 1-855-258-0580 or face the legal consequences He doesn't even diguise his India Accent same Guy all four times

These foreign people have called my job over 100 time today they had several lines going repeat calling and they cussed at some of my co-workers.  They are stealing peoples identity!  He stated I would go to jail if I did not send $500 to him via money gram!

I too have had numerous phone calls from this number: 855-258-0580. Heavy India accent that is hard to understand, and it started after I made a complaint to the FTC and Consumer Financial Protection agency. I was ripped off trying to get a loan on line, all I got was ripped off for money that was suppose to be paid for administration fees to fund the larger loan. I finally was told it was a scam and I would never get my money back after giving up $450.00. The loan company supposedly was Instant Loans folks. A few other payday cash advance companies tried to do the same thing all with accents that sound like they are from India. The others were 1) USA Cash Advance  2) USA Payday Loan  3) Payday Loan America,  4) Cash Net USA   5) Advance America   6) Extra Cash Payday Loans,  7) Consumer Payday Loans. Beware of these companies, so do not do business with them. Save yourself money and a headache. After being ripped off the first time I was not falling for it after that. I just wanted a payday loan to go to my mom's funeral. Unfortunately neither government agency were helpful in helping me either. Just a heads up, none of these companies are legitimate in my opinion.

I keep getting calls at my work and home asking for me and it is about a legal matter and he said he wouldn't stop unless he could talk to me so today he called me at work and boss's answered the phones and told him that I am not available and if he did not stop calling we going to call the police and he didn't believe us so we called the police and gave them the number and the police called and told him that he had better stop calling or they were going to charge him with harassment. Then he stopped calling work.

I too have received threatening messages from this number, always with a thick accent that is near impossible to understand. No company name ever said and also referring to the "legal department", saying they have my social security number and I better call or I'll be in serious trouble, good luck if you don't. Also when the caller says his name it's something like "Alex Turner" which obviously is fake when the caller has a thick Indian accent. I've never spoken to these people, and since I don't know who they are I was getting nervous because about ten years ago I had unpaid debts, I was scared something from the past was coming back haunt me. I'd like to thank everybody that took the time to leave comments about this number, it's made me feel much better hearing from many others they too think it's a scam. I almost called but didn't thanks to you great people!

I keep getting calls from these people and they are very rude. I don't owe any money to anyone. They are just trying to get money out of people who don't know any better. If I keep getting calls from them, I am going to report them to the Fraud Department at the Department of Justice. I used to work there and I know just who to go to. The person always has a foreign accent.

PEOPLE CALLED MY JOB TOO! I told the receptionist if they call again to tell them that we have the cops ready too!. I feel terrible for the person above who was sending money and that any of you all went through this mess. Its just crazy. But, i won't be bullied and i hope none of you will either. Hope they get caught and get right!

Who has time to be harassed or chasing some unworking scam number..fake wanna be..PLEASE!

I keep getting threatning phone calles from this number, they call my work and I told them could not take personal calls. Claims he is an investigater from legal dept

Man with a foriegn accent called my mothers phone today being rude, when i tried to return the call to ask why they had so many complaints and they hung up. Theses people are trying to get money any way they can. They tried to get my mom to send them money through Western Union.

Some more points:

1.  If a debt collector is legitimate, when you search their number their agency will almost always show up online.  Even if they suck, you will find a website for them.  With this number, nothing but people complaining about being called shows up.

2.  Debt collectors don't send cops and you can't go to jail for owing money, since we're not living in England during the time of Charles Dickens.  The only time law enforcement gets involved is once you've been to court and had a judgement made against you, then a Sheriff may be sent to the bank with a court order to get the money you owe.  

Do not pay attention to these morons.

I've received similar calls like this in the past, on internet voice mail number that I use for clients.  I Googled the number and was brought here.   I bet the guy had an Indian accent.    I didn't even bother to listen;  I simply deleted it.  It's nonsense, plain and simple, no discussion.

These moronic scammers are a waste of everyone's time.

My fiancee answered the phone n foreign accent guy argued with him to talk to me about a legal matter hung up with him n within 10mins he called my work I'm on maternity leave at this time he proceeded to argue for info about me and wanted to deliver sonething to me co workers refused to give any info so he argued they hung up. Next day he left message same accent stated if I don't return call I wish u good luck. Can u say threat. Anyone have ideas how to get rid of this idiot of harassment. Take care all.

They called our factory and I answer the phones, he is asking for a employee. I told him its against our policy to transfer personal calls. He started yelling at me threating a law suit and jail. Said he would not leave me alone till he talked to the employee. I told him no, he said he was going to keep calling till I gave him the employee's cell phone number. I again refused and hung up. He called on all 6 of my available lines over 60 times. He then started calling using our own company phone number on all my lines, then he changed it to look like a extension number. I eventually had to leave for the day and came back in this morning to find i had over 200 missed calls besides over 100 calls while I was here at my desk. I've been trying to do research online just to find a name for these people. He said his name was Donald, but wouldnt give me a company name. I have been at this job for almost a year and he has called ever since I have been here, but yesterday was a first for me for sure.

Out of curosity,  why were you giving money to scammers in the first place?

I received a call asking for an employee who doesnt work for us anymore, this person did SOMETHING i'm not sure what but called back about 100 times in a row using up all 4 of my lines and it wouldnt stop.
